Wonderful personable staff who enjoy being engaged with a funny old lady who appreciates a good bedside manner. Troy is so kind and sincerely wants the best for his patients. Mr.Warnecke was such a great help with my father on our visit yesterday. His hips are in a very poor state. We discussed my father ‘s age and quality of life, and if hip surgery was in his best interest. He set our minds at ease over this issue, and spoke highly of Dr.Nieman’s work.This helped in coming to a quick conclusion about what to do. Troy is a very friendly and to the point kind of nurse practitioner , he ask question about the effectiveness of my last treatment , checked my joint mobility and asked about my hobbies of traveling on my motor cycle and how it affects my joints , he is also personable enough to ask where my next adventure would take me ! My visit today was exceptional. The staff is always helpful and professional and the service is always timely. The Physician Assistant I had today was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the outcome of my injuries and future therapy in order for me to get the best healing experience. He also explained what my other options would be if my injury didn't heal accordingly as expected. I'm also glad that my Physician Assistant that I seen today took the time to actually listen to my concerns and how they affected me in my daily life and offered other options that would work best for me.rater8 Verified Patient
