Dr Milne is a fabulous doctor. He has taken care of my very poor quality shoulders for two decades now. I very much appreciate that he listens and believes me when I speak, something many doctors have not done. I have sent dozens of friends to his office for shoulder pain and shoulder surgery and they have all been extremely pleased.
