Omg in my hours of need they were there for me. When I was told I needed to wait 10 days for appointment Orthopedic Affiliates got me in that day! Everyone in the office made it painless when I was in real pain. I needed surgery and felt I was in great hands. 2 days later I was in surgery at Emerson Hospital another great institution who only accentuated her great skill! Thanks again to all who was there for me !

She listened carefully when I described my symptoms, verified my arm’s current range of motion, and probed gently in different spots to isolate the pain and zero in on a diagnosis. She suggested a very sensible course of treatment for my bicep tendonitis and tennis elbow: a cortisone shot in the shoulder joint and PT to strengthen the arm muscles and relieve the tennis elbow. Dr Model has resolved 2 very painful carpal tunnel issues for me. She was effective, caring and communicated clearly. For my part I think she is an excellent doctor/surgeon.

Dr Zina Model was great! I always hope for a doctor who is friendly and takes the time to listen and understand my issues. YESSS… I got what I wanted! Annnnd, when I asked her Whyyyy(dot dot dot)?… she honestly took her time to explain to me about my carpal tunnel pain and my tendinitis in my elbows. I had a bunch of questions and yes, she knows her stuff!! And she never made me feel rushed and she answered all my questions so easily. Dr Model has a relaxing presence (…and a beautiful smile!). Dr Model, and her team are kind and caring. She was very thorough and listened and addressed all my questions and concerns. She recommended working with the Clough rehabilitation center for OT which provided exceptional care and exercises. I would highly recommend Dr. Model and associated services.
