Alec was amazing. I went in the office being unable to walk and he was able to quickly work with the team to come up with a solution to get this resolved. I’m stubborn but he was kind and walked me through everything that was going to happen. Yes, professionally but at my level of understanding as I do not know the correct terminology. Alec has the patience of a saint. I had spinal fusion surgery and he was very knowledgeable and always answered my questions in plain English so I understood exactly what to expect and after surgery so I knew what I was feeling to be normal.
