The check in was seamless. I went to X-ray and was seen within minutes…From there I went to the doctor’s waiting area… and again was taken back with in 2 minutes. Then once in the exam room the doctor came in with in 5 minutes. Dr. Krafczyk is thorough, kind, and caring. Great experience from start to finish!

I was having excessive pain in my left knee, Dr Micheal Krafczyk at OAA examined my x-rays and explained that arthritis was causing the pain. He recommended a series of injections to relieve my pain. Dr. Krafczyk just completed the injections, and I am now 100% pain free. I am very happy with the care I received I am back to walking pain free. Dr. Krafczyk saw me for an issue which was caused by a car accident in December. I had gone through weeks of chiropractic sessions and then 19 physical therapy sessions with no results. Dr. Krafczyk ordered an X-ray of the hip. It showed that there was a very damaged hip. He referred me to Dr. Anarbi and I am scheduled for a replacement hip in a few weeks. I am a patient of OAA since the 80's. I was so pleased that I could get an appointment on short notice. I was referred by my family Doctor for an Orthopedic Doctor to review my right knee following an x-ray and MRI. Dr. Krafczyk looked at my knee and explained the findings. I mentioned that my left knee was more painful than my right. Although I didn't have an appointment for him to look at my left knee he looked at it, ordered an x-ray and started treatment for my left knee immediately. Within a week my shoulder was fine. On Sept 23rd I met with Dr. Krafczyk for pain in my hip/thigh /back area, he ordered x-rays of my hip area as well as my back. Explained to me the probable cause of my pain and ordered an MRI plus referred me to a pain specialist at OAA, I'm making an appointment with Dr. Wertz to determine after he reviews the MRI where my problem lies in having pain in hip/leg/back. I've been putting this visit off for some time. I went, met Dr. Krafczyk, gave him my thinking, and he gave me his. He had X-rays taken, explained that I do have existing arthritis, and gave me three options, but the best would be to have an MRI which would tell the entire story. In my mind this is what I wanted, and he concurred. He was on time, precise, direct, to the point, and I told him I did my homework about him ahead of time that he was a championship runner, and that I think someone who participated in sports would have a much better understanding of my problem. Dr Krafczyk has performed two procedures on my knees and both have had excellent results. Dr. K is friendly & relaxed, and takes the time to explain everything he whats his patients to know. He asks questions. And as a senior citizen, I really appreciate his making sure I'm fully aware and what and how he's going to be taking care of me! I recommend him to all seniors I know! Dr. Krafczyk made me a believer. I limped into his office in a great deal of pain after my third injection I was sure I’d need surgery. Dr. Krafczyk suggested I see their nutritionist I walked away in no pain and so far 15 pounds lighter. I have nothing but high praise for all the OAA Associates. Several weeks after neck surgery I developed a constant pain in one of my shoulders. As time went by and my pain continued, I called OAA to see if there was a doctor who could discover the cause of this pain. I spoke to a nurse, who took the time to listen to my concerns. She suggested I meet with Dr. Krafczyk, which I did. He. too, listened to my concerns, ran some strength tests on my arm, and scheduled a test, which determined that I had a frozen shoulder. With a proper diagnosis and a few weeks of physical therapy, my shoulder is now much improved and getting closer to being "normal." Dr. Krafczyk also suggested an injection in my shoulder to lessen the inflammation. He took the time to explain how the shot would be administered (I'm a bit of a baby about shots). Dr. Krafczyk treated me at the close of 2017 as I prepared to have my left knee replaced. He diagnosed me correctly with gluteal tendonitus and administered injections and also correctly referred me for therapy so that I could better handle the therapy I would need to undergo following my knee replacement. Thanks to his correct early diagnosis, my knee replacement went extremely well and both my therapists and surgeon referred to me as "a poster boy for successful knee replacement surgery."Patient Submitted Review

The doctor was excellent in his analysis of the source of my pain. He provided all of the applicable treatments including the newest ---stem cell. Unfortunately, it is not covered by my insurance. The three treatment process of shots was flawless and as described. I noticed some pain relief after the first treatment. Dr. Krafczyk is a brilliant physician who respects and cares about his patients. I never feel rushed in his office. He takes his time to listen and is scientific in his approach to diagnose you and through his experience, is generally very helpful in finding solutions for your issues or pain level. He has the compassion to listen to what is bothering you and is very open to trying different things to get you to a comfortable place. He is optimistic and takes conservative measures prior to ever suggesting surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Krafczyk and his professional staff at OAA! He is a lifesaver!
