I have been disabled, in a wheelchair all my life. Injured my knee and was referred to OIO from the emergency room. Abbie Joy, the PA and Dr Smith were the kindest doctors! Excellent care always had to go to lima office for appointment didn't realize it was in lima I called asked if they could still get me in it was a wound check . We had to have emergency admittance to the er due to infection and they were very great with me as I had trouble processing and keeping calm and they were great and understanding through the whole experience. I go to findlay location now but even in the room very detailed and answers any and all questions sometimes already had a question i had answered before needing to ask it. No matter the office it is always fantastic service and great quality care
