I found Jason very knowledgeable and caring. He explained a surgical procedure to me without talking down to me. He made sure I understood what he'd said. He ordered x-rays and showed me what was wrong in my neck. He explained very carefully and well.

I liked Jason, I had a real connection with him. Confident, straightforward, professional. He didn't rush through the info he gave me and I could ask him questions that he answered. He is a good man, I had that feeling about him.
