I had no appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all. Caleb was very nice and professional as well as the xray tech and girl who checked me in along with the girl that took my info about my hand injury in the room. would recommend you guys highly, and would come back there in a heartbeat.

Just had my one year follow- up with Dr. Otte's team of OIO Lima, Ohio today. (12/16/2025) after having Total Right Hip Replacement. I was seen by Dr. Otte's assistant Calib Cox PA-C. Calib was very Professional,Knowledgeable and Polite. He gave me an excellent report. I couldn't have been treated any better. Calib was wonderful during my 8-year-old son’s visit today. Even though he was filling in for our regular orthopedic doctor, he made us feel completely comfortable and well cared for. His bedside manner was exceptional—he spoke directly to my son and took the time to explain everything so we both understood. He was patient, kind, and very thorough. We truly appreciated the positive experience and would gladly see him again. Highly recommend!
