In July, I went to Dr. Brigati with two destroyed knees and not a lot of hope of a good outcome after years of suffering. Dr. Bugatti engaged the challenge in between July and December of 2025. I had a procedure in September to remove the reconstruction hardware from 2012 and replace the other knee. Then I had the damaged knee replaced in December . I am now well on the road recovery and feeling better than I have in many many years. His professionalism and abilities to deal with a very challenging set of procedures are way above par. He was very clear about all the challenges and problems we could run into and praise the Lord we did not have a single major setback during any of my surgeries. After researching Orthopedic surgeons, I booked a consult with Dr. David Brigati. The wait time was just a few minutes. The consult lasted over a half hour. Dr. Brigati ordered x-rays that were taken in the clinic. After examining the x-rays, he explained what treatments were available, and the efficacy of each. There was no rush. He answered all of my questions. I left the clinic with a much better understanding of what knee treatments were available and which ones would likely help me. The impressive bio for this doctor is reflected in his knowledge and his ability to articulate treatments such that a non-physician can understand what each option entails, what the reported success rates are, which are FDA approved, and how long each treatment is expected to last. In short, he is excellent at what he does and exceeded my expectations for explaining options available to me to resolve my knee pain. I highly recommend this doctor. His staff was also top notch. I moved her in 2020 with a hip replacement done in 2010 that I always had trouble with( found out it was a recall) Dr.Brigati did a reconstruction which gave me relief I hadn’t had in years. I’m live a three hours drive from Dr. Brigati’s office, but after a friend referred me to him for a hip replacement I decided to make the visit. It didn’t take long into the visit to know he was the surgeon for me! He and his staff are more than friendly and kind!! Always ready to answer any questions. This was my first surgery of any kind so I was pretty nervous about it! Well…. It all went fine! Dr. Brigati was very thoughtful of my long drive so after my first two week from surgery visit he let our following visits be virtual!! I did go in for 6 month and just had a year out visit!! Dr. Brigati has improved my mobility and has found solutions for problems I have been dealing with for more than 20 years. I had a bad MVA and had more than 6 surgeries in my knee alone. Mine was a difficult surgery since there was alot trauma near the surgery site. First off, his staff at the Ft. Worth and Weatherford office are super kind, respond quickly and helpful. I have not had a bad experience in any of my visits or inquires I have made. Dr. Brigati provides the knowledge, great bedside manner and responsiveness that all doctors should strive to have. On my first visit he patiently listened to my concerns and determined what the best course of action was for my knee. Dr. Brigati has done two surgeries on my hip and my knee in the past 6 months and I'm impressed and pleased with the way each of them has gone. BUT, what has impressed me as well, along with his skill, is he way he shows he cares. Never in my 84 years of life have I had a doctor who responds to my concerns and questions with such speed. From the very first visit, I had options, even after seeing another surgeon for 2 years with no results. We worked together to pursue all options until he performed a total knee arthroscopy. I have had 11 surgeries between two knees with a replacement on the adjacent knee. This by far has been this easiest procedure and I was the most informed, and I have learned a lot over the years!! He has compassion and empathy and makes himself available to his patients so that you have the best possible outcome…physically and mentally. He not only listens, “he hears you “. I am barely 4 weeks post op and everyone thinks I am twice that. Convenient hours, locations and top notch surgical facilities. I am a medical professional who has worked at 7 different medical facilities and healthcare systems, and Dr. Brigati has the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen.
