Two older individuals needing help (dislocated shoulder and broken bone) just before closing during the holidays. Shannon and two other individuals worked very hard to get her x rayed and get her arm back into socket. Told them we would never go anywhere else for orthopedics. Fabulous work by Shannon and the staff.

I have had nothing but good experience so far with Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster. Shannon was super nice and understanding and calming and caring last evening, as I was not in the best mood. I appreciate her help and also all the other staff, from the front desk to the x-ray technician were amazing as well and left my daughter feeling cared for. Thank you.
