I was referred to Dr. Patel by my primary physician, Dr. Mellissa Bello, who stated, “I trust him with my own heart.” which spoke volume. I approached the day of my procedure with a sense of nervousness and apprehension, having previously visited the facility for preoperative assessment. Upon reviewing my medical history and laboratory results, Dr. Patel made the prudent decision to abort the original procedure due to elevated numbers, subsequently referring me to a nephrologist for further evaluation of my kidney health before rescheduling my procedure.<br><br>Today, I returned for the scheduled intervention related to a blockage in my heart. Dr. Patel truly lives up to his esteemed reputation. I would gladly rate him with ten stars if given the opportunity. His intelligence and technical proficiency were evident throughout the process. While he speaks little, his focus on patient care is evident, prioritizing health above all else.<br><br>I would also like to commend the entire staff for their exemplary service. From the preoperative call the day prior to my arrival this morning, their customer service was outstanding. They ensured my comfort and provided assistance from the moment I entered until I was escorted to my vehicle, where they assisted me with my seatbelt. Holly, in particular, excelled in calming my nerves and fostering a sense of relaxation prior to the procedure.<br><br>I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with this team for anyone experiencing symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, or lethargy. A nuclear stress test may provide valuable insight into potential blockages. In my case, a stent was successfully placed with minimal discomfort, and I am delighted to share that my blood pressure, monitored by my wife multiple times a day, was in the normal range for the first time in months.
