Tracie welcomed me at the appointment and introduced herself with a big smile. She was very thorough and her explanations about the surgery what to expect, desired outcomes and reviewed the chlorhexidine wipes process the evening before and what to do the morning of. Tracie is very upbeat and listens and answers questions. She made me feel even more confident a the process and expected outcome. Tracie was empathetic as well.

Omg! Tracie was phenomenal. Everything she said would happen while administering medication (shot) happened. No surprises. She answered all my questions, was very calm and professional. Tracie is a true professional in her field. Also, can’t remember her name, Tracie says she’s her “heavy equipment operator” X-ray tech. Very nice and covered the process of giving the shot. She really listened to my concerns and how bad the pain in my back was. She wrote down the instructions I should follow. She also prescribed me a pain medication that she said would work better than the addictive drugs and it truly has.
