Dr. Joshua Steiner is an absolute expert for the problem area that I had : Retina! His communication was on point when it came to explaining my condition and the treatment options at disposal! He made it all super easy to understand for me! Dr Joshua was thorough in his testing and observations! His attention to detail was immaculately impressive! Exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough with his approach to my diagnosis! Extremely nice secretary’s, one of the Secretaries actually had gone the extras steps to look at my billing and my insurance plans and fixed an incorrect bill from before, she was awesome and very professional. My ophthalmologist was fantastic just as my last appointment was a year ago . My ophthalmologist seems like a man you would love to be friends with with outside his Profession. I also liked the existence of a nurse or technician watching on camera through a Laptop that was set up in the office as the Doctor examined me . Very nice secretary, very nice staff especially the gal who gave me the letter eye test,she was so charming and made me feel at home. The waiting ( seating area was clean and comfortable ). The chair where the photos of your eyes were taken was very uncomfortable, the seat cushion had the tendency to slide you forward,,change that chair.
