First time seeing her and she was awesome great service and answered every question I had. We had a great laugh as well being that I have been wearing my brace wrong this whole time. She had shown me the correct way it should be worn. If I have to be checked again in the future I would love to be seen by her again. Very professional and kind and truly cares about her patients.

Christa was very nice and answered my questions very efficiently The only problem was CVS in Van Wert has ? about my script regarding insurance I got my first Percocet in hospital (St Ritas)and the next came from the Dr at The Meadows in Selphos and theirs comes from their own special pharmacy in Columbus. My first time visiting OIO. I checked in online. Upon arrival I quickly got an x-ray and after was almost immediately escorted to an exam room. Christa, the physician's assistant, was very experienced and professional. I was offered three alternative treatments and chose the one I felt was best for me. Omg I was freaking out when she said she’s gonna give me injections. She calmed me down and explained everything from the numbing spray the actual shot to the feeling. I did all that hyperventilating and it was no pain at all. She was very throughly and made sure I understood what was going on. She explained my x-ray. This is something most doctors don’t do. They say you need to get something, give it to you and leave the room. I am going to recommend her to everyone I know who needs to see an orthopedic specialist. My appt. Was at 7:40 and I guy came in after I did and told the front desk person his appt was at 7:45! They put us each in different rooms and she saw him first! I waited in that room for over an half hour! Christa was a very sweet asst. I trust all the doctors and staff with my care! I have been blessed with excellent service from all the doctors and staff at OIO over a lot of years! They have always made me better! I did feel thought that I should have waited that long to be seen! I have been seen by many of the Doctors there and my surgeries have always been very successful! I tell everyone that OIO is the best place with very professional staff! Thank you for all the good service and healing that I have received over all these years! I do like to be seen though close to my scheduled time and not after someone who came in after me and was scheduled for a time after me but was seen before me!
