Mein Arzt ist Michael Morris. Ich bin seit mindestens 15 Jahren bei ihm in Behandlung. Er ist der netteste und fürsorglichste Arzt, den ich kenne, und hat, wie meine Mutter immer sagte, ein hervorragendes Einfühlungsvermögen. Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Patienten, unterhält sich mit ihnen und fragt nach der Familie. Ich würde nirgendwo anders hingehen. Wenn er die Praxis verlassen würde, würde ich sofort zu ihm wechseln. He listened and explained what he was seeing in the X-rays, as well as what and why he was prescribing the meds. The team felt more like friends than strictly medical professionals. I just had my 1st apt with Dr. Read yesterday & he is Such a polite, kind spoken doctor. I’m an extremely anxious person in general, but even more so dealing with an injury, but Dr. Read is easy to talk to & I was 100% comfortable during my visit with him. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a doctor within orthopedic medicine to see him. Every employee in the Jacksonville office was great & very kind from front desk back to xray.

Dr. Douthit’s office runs smoothly and from the receptionist’s desk to the scheduling procedures, and you are treated like a welcomed quest. The personnel who work directly Dr. Douthit are well trained, especially Todd, who is always there and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Douthit, himself, is an incredible doctor and surgeon. Meine Geschichte ist so lang, dass ich sie hier nicht komplett erzählen kann. Ich bin einfach so dankbar, dass mir eine Freundin, die ebenfalls Patientin von Dr. Wilson war, ihn für eine Zweitmeinung empfohlen hat. Dr. Wilson und sein Team leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Dr. Wilson ist ein Arzt, der einem zuhört, wenn man seine Schmerzen beschreibt. Man merkt, dass ihm seine Patienten am Herzen liegen. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers spricht er mit einem, schüttelt die Hand, setzt sich hin und lässt einen ausreden. Er hetzt nicht herein und geht auch nicht sofort wieder hinaus, sondern nimmt sich die Zeit, die er braucht. Bevor er das Zimmer verlässt, schüttelt er einem die Hand und sagt: „Rufen Sie an, wenn Sie uns brauchen.“ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Dr. Wilson, ich habe absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Sein Arztassistent Chris ist großartig. Auch er kommt mit Dr. Wilson in die Praxis, und man merkt, dass er seinen Beruf ernst nimmt und sehr respektvoll und hilfsbereit mit den Patienten umgeht. Er ruft sehr schnell zurück. Ich habe wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind sehr nett, sie begrüßen einen mit einem Lächeln und einem freundlichen „Hallo“ und behandeln die Patienten mit Respekt. Ich habe in der Lobby nie jemanden über lange Wartezeiten beim Arzt in den Praxen in Gadsden oder Rainbow City klagen hören. Ich bin mit beiden Praxen sehr zufrieden und kann Dr. Wilson und sein gesamtes Team jedem empfehlen, der einen Orthopäden benötigt.

Sie haben vier notwendige Operationen bei mir durchgeführt, alle mit minimalen Schmerzen, der nötigen Reha und einer relativ schnellen Rückkehr zu meinen gewohnten Aktivitäten. In der Praxis werden Sie innerhalb kurzer Wartezeiten behandelt und man nimmt sich Zeit für eine gründliche Untersuchung und beantwortet alle Ihre Fragen! Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Operationen und die Reha sehr effektiv sind. Die Praxis akzeptiert auch die gängigen Krankenversicherungen mit einer sehr günstigen Selbstbeteiligung, wie von der Versicherung vorgeschrieben. Der einzige Grund, warum ich jemals einen anderen Arzt als Dr. Shaw für eine orthopädische Behandlung oder Operation aufsuchen würde, wäre ein Notfall, wenn er nicht verfügbar wäre oder es sich um ein Gebiet handelt, das er nicht abdeckt. Er war während der über einjährigen Behandlungsphase außerordentlich kompetent. Aufgrund eines Komplikationens, die weit außerhalb seiner Kontrolle lagen – meine Lunge kollabierte mitten in der ersten Schulteroperation –, führte Dr. Shaw eine zweite, vollständig erfolgreiche Operation durch, um die Behebung mehrerer Probleme abzuschließen. Er erklärte alles sehr gründlich und ging auf alle meine Fragen und Bedenken ein. Er stellte mich als Patienten und meine Gesundheit und mein Wohlbefinden stets an erste Stelle. He is an amazing Doctor. He treats you like family not just a patient. He sits down and talks to you..doesn't just come in and say a few quick things and leave..If you have questions he answers them all til you have all the answers you need before you leave. I have used him for 2 previous meniscus surgeries on both of my knees and about to use him for a 2nd meniscus surgery on one of them..I would recommend him and give him a 10 out of 10..

I have been a patient of Dr Daniel Sparks for years and he has done several successful surgeries for me. Yesterday I went to see him not able to bear weight on my right leg. Pain was unbearable at times. Within 30 minutes of imaging and examination he had diagnosed the problem and performed the procedure to correct in his office. The pain was 80% better before I left. I absolutely LOVE Dr Shaw. He had to repair my whole shoulder because I fell through my deck and he had to reattach my bicep and repair my rotator cuff and a lot of other things and he did a great job and I am completely healed. I am a nurse at a busy local hospital. Dr Wilson is one of our Orthopedic Surgeons. I am also a patient due to my House Supervisors, Ortho Charge nurses and too numerous patients to count high recommendation of him. When I started seeing Dr Wilson about intense pain and neuropathy in my knee and leg that another local Orthopedic physician that was recommended just brushed off and refused to prescribe any sort of pain medication because I refused to have a hip replacement without even doing an MRI. Dr Wilson sat down with me and listened intensely, made me feel at ease and sent me straight for an MRI. He treated me with such kindness, along with his staff, which are also the best. He saw that my knee had a torn meniscus and ACL was hanging on by threads. Dr Wilson scheduled surgery and during the whole process I had the best care from him of any surgery I have ever been through with minimal pain. I would never use anyone else again. This Man is the best ever! He is also easy to look at, ladies.😁 All joking aside, Thank you Dr Wilson!

Dr Daniel Sparks is one of those Doctors that runs a medical office that is so very easy to find help and understanding of all my orthopedic issues! I have been through so much with knees and back that I had thought I would never be able to walk long distances again but after getting to know Dr. Sparks and getting help from him I am now able to go anywhere I want and I can do my own shopping and traveling! I’ve left several reviews and I’ll keep on keeping onto! I love them! From the radiology tech to front desk to surgery scheduling to all assistants to the doctor himself! Dr. Smith is nice, confident (exactly what I need for someone that’s gonna be cutting my neck😂), doesn’t mess around, and doesn’t tell me things I either don’t care about or don’t need yo know. He’s straight to the point, has answered every question, and gotten down to business. My neck issues have given me problems gradually over time, he found them without treating me as if I was exaggerating or didn’t know my own body, and he laid out flat for me. We had to cancel my first surgery through no fault of anyone’s, and when I came in to reschedule they got me in in no time. So far, I can’t ask for better! Ask me again after I let them chop me up😂😂, but I see it being some amazing relief!!

My experience here has been amazing. I see more than one doctor here and they all work so well together to give you the best benefit of the situation. I’m actually had. two surgeries in the past year, one of them could’ve actually been two by itself, but they were so amazing at pulling it together and only making me go through that pain one time And that was awesome since it was all on the same hand and arm Had remarkable healing time.. And also had major foot surgery. It kept me down for a while, but if you go to the treatments to everything they asked you to do. Especially with the Physical therapy afterwards, you were downtime and recovery time will be Amazing they have cut my lower back pain down over 50% Not counting my overall body pain I can’t see enough about these team of doctors. All employees from front desk, x-ray, medical assistant, PA and Dr Smith are the kindest, most professional people you have in one place. Appointments were made and kept, very little time waiting in the waiting room, quick x-rays, quick to exam room, quick detailed check up with nurse, and short wait time for doctor. Very patient with me, very caring. After having surgery for 2 discs repair with graft, I have very thin and frail neck skin and my incision didn't heal properly but subsequent procedures were quick and painless as possible. No pain after 3rd day of surgery which Dr Smit explained to expect. No.further pain in my neck, arm or fingers . I am healed and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Dennis is gradually getting better thank you for all your help in getting him well. Today is 3/22/24 and on 3/21/24 Dennis Barnard completed his physical therapy they've released him to go back to work. The city has sent him for a drug screening and a physical before he goes back. He is very pleased with the physical therapy he had and the therapist and doctor who worked on him. They were all nice people and they treated him very well. Dr. Sparks did a ACL replacement on my knee in 2016. He did a great job. I had a ACL replacement in Birmingham several years before he did the second one so I had knowledge of the procedure. A couple of weeks ago I started having knee pain and I made an appointment with him. I got in fairly quickly and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I had an X-ray saw Dr. Sparks and had treatment and was out of the office in 20 minutes. He throughly explained my problem what the options of treatment were and injected my knee with little to no pain. I would and have recommended Dr. Sparks for any of your orthopedic problems. He doesn’t do any unnecessary procedures and I find he tried his best to make sure I was well informed. Great Doctor great staff great all around experience.

I could tell on my first appointment with Dr. Smith I had found a 5 star Orthopedic Doctor who was well knowledgeable in his field and my care would be at top priority. He made my nerves settle down with my first appointment and I could tell I wasn't just a number on a chart. My spine had suffered a great deal of trauma through a long life of working hard and dealing with situations that were beyond my control. He actually listened to my complaints and concerns about my spinal issues. He found out the the extent of my issues and got me started on the work I needed to try and deal with it and try and be productive again. I owe my whole way of life to Dr. Smith and his nurse's for actually carrying about me as a person and taking my problems seriously and helping me in every way that they have! This is the first time I have ever seen any Doctor who made sure to honestly help me and not just push me on out the door. I am still being seen as a continued patient who is now learning how to deal with my issues and continue in a almost normal life style so I can continue to live a productive life! I have had a couple of different issues with my back and Dr Smith has been nothing but exceptional on both occasions. My first surgery in 2018 required fixing a herniated disc and a fusion. Once I had recovered it was life changing and I was able to return to all activities including golf without any restrictions. My 2nd surgery recently July 2023 was for sciatica and another herniated disc that caused so much pain down my right leg and the loss of strength in my right leg to the point where it collapsed and I fell 3 times in just over a week. Here I am today almost 3 weeks post surgery and I feel fantastic once again. I cannot sing the praises of Dr Smith and his wonderful support team. They are all so helpful and explanations about my issues were given to me in simple yet indepth detail.

Dr. Ryan had monitored a knee injury for years until it was clear I needed a replacement. A year ago he did a knee replacement. I am so glad I had the surgery. I have had an excellent recovery and now I can do what I had lost the ability to do. But then this summer I had an accident that resulted in a serious break with my wrist. He immediately scheduled surgery and worked with me to get back what I had lost. His skills are excellent, but his compassion means equally as much. I would recommend him highly!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Ryan for knee and hip problems He found a fx on my leg that explained why I wasn't able to put much weight on it He didn't brush me off, he was patient, and did an MRI and found it. Also I had hip and knee problems that both required a total replacement, and I did very well without complications, and now walking great. Dr. Ryan has a great personality and listens to you, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

I had total knee replacement in July after two years of putting it off. Dr. Ryan was highly recommended to me by a number of nurses & nurse practitioners. I trusted them & I’m so glad I did! The surgery went great & my pain was managed effectively throughout my recovery. Dr. Ryan listened to me, answered my questions & never made me feel hurried or stupid. Despite my age & weight, I finished therapy 2 weeks ahead of schedule with FULL range of motion - 132 degrees! I followed his instructions & that of PT to the letter and it paid off. I can walk better than I have in many years. There were other patients in therapy that used different surgeons & some didn’t get the care or results I did. His staff is second to none, especially his assistant. I never had to wait long when I had an appointment & they got me in and out quickly every time. I would trust Dr. Ryan with any future surgery that I need without question!

He explained what was causing my pain in plain language and outlined what treatment could look like now and as things progress, then took immediate action to reduce the pain. I had hip replacement surgery on Monday with Dr. Daniel Sparks. It went amazingly well! I cjust can't say enough good things about it. I had hip replacement for my right hip 10 years ago in Georgia. This was completely different. Dr. Sparks is very kind and caring. He answered all my questions. The surgery went great and my legs are completely level. When I woke up, I was pain free. I actually had the surgery around 6:30 AM and went home at 4:00 PM the same day. I am already able to walk without a walker. I am 74 years old so this is a miracle! Thank you Dr. Sparks

Dr. Sparks is and excellent surgeon and the most compassionate orthopedist I have ever know. He did both of my rotator cuff surgeries (left, 2017 & right, 2021). He did my husband's below knee leg amputations (2016 & 2019) and reverse shoulder replacement (2017), and a few revisions. We are from the Calhoun county area but wouldn't consider going anywhere but Sparks Orthopedic.

I had my first knee replacement while living in MD 6 years ago and was apprehensive to have my other one done after moving to Rainbow City because the first one went so well. I decided to go to Dr. Wilson at NEO and after trying the injections with no relief, it was time to replace the other knee. At my 2 week post surgery checkup, my knee bend was 138 degrees!! Needless to say, my second surgery went even better than the first one. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee Wilson to everyone that needs a knee replacement. I can't say enough good things about him. Dr. Glenn Wilson with Northeast Orthopedics (NEO) in Gadsden, AL performed my total right knee replacement (robotic) surgery on March 29, 2021. I have just completed my last PT visit at NEO on June 1st. All has gone very well. Dr. Wilson explained things expertly and in a professional manner from my initial visit with him to other subsequent follow-up visits post-op. He used X-ray images of my knee (before and after surgery) to explain and illustrate my successful progression. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson as a wonderful and caring surgeon. 10 Stars (if I could).

After many years of shoulder pain, I decided to get it repaired. Dr Wilson took X-Ray’s, ordered a MRI and diagnosed an extensive tear in my Rotator Cuff and severed / retracted tendon, which he repaired on 12-3-2020. Having been through surgery many years before on the other shoulder, I kinda knew what to expect. The surgery was perfect as well as the Physical Therapy but more importantly is the compassion, care and concern that was exhibited by Dr Wilson and his staff. This was a much better experience that my previous surgery over 10 years ago thanks to Dr Wilson & staff. After 3 years of cortisone and Symvisc injections it was time to replace the knees. Double knee replacement December 2018 after rehab and physical therapy I returned to work April 1. Urgent Care with 12 hour days. I made it through beautifully. If I had to do it again, double replacement is the way to go. One and done! Thank you Dr Wilson for being caring and compassionate. I am a 74 yr old senior. Dr Butch did a complete knee replacement on me several years ago. From beginning to post op everything was professionally handled. Today I don't even know the knee was replaced. It works well and my quality of life (golf/water sports) have not been adversely affected. I would recommend Dr Butch for orthopedic work. About 10 years ago Dr. Kelley operated on one of my knees for a meniscus tear. A year after the surgery I forgot which knee he operated on because I was completely pain free and had a full range of motion. About 5 years ago he operated on the other knee for the same thing. I still can't tell you which knee he operated on first without looking back at the records because both are completely pain free. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

Dr.Smith is a wounderful Dr. I will and do recamend Dr.Smith to anyone haveing any problems.He performed neck sergury on me and did a wounderful job and is so nice. I'm getting ready to contact him for my 16 year old daughters knee injury.I will never go to anyone else in the future nor will I take my family to anyone else. I'm completly dedicated to Dr. Smith.
