Dr Offerle was very professional, but more than that he was very caring and understanding and especially patient with all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like I was with a Doctor Who really cared and listened. He ordered a prescriptions and I was notified within an hour that they were ready. I was seen by Doctor Johnston, when I tell you his staff and hisself was so amazing! I came in and left feeling feeling like they treated me with 100% love and care. I’m currently 6 months pregnant with sever asthma you would’ve though I was in labor or something very traumatic his assistant and himself hardly ever left me alone no waiting and was very patient and catering! They even called for the next two days just to check and make sure I was ok and still breathing well. I came in on the verge of going straight to the hospital but he took his time not caring that they were about to close for the day and made sure I was well. I’m so impressed! We could not be more pleased with this excellent Doctor. He has always gone above and beyond for my very young daughter, who has terrible respiratory problems and asthma. He has taken time to check on my other sick children when we were there for an appointment for my daughter. He presents explanations clearly and frankly.
