I've been with HomeMD for quite a while now. I found them when I started searching for an in home service of care. They became my Primary Care after my battle with stage 4 COPD started becoming more difficult with breathing issues. They have been there for me through it all since my last month long stay in the hospital and before. Providing me help with getting my meds, xrays, 24/7 oxygen and other supplies I need keeps me in my home so I do not have to venture out. With my Muscular Dystrophy I have chronic pain from my shoulders to my hips. I have days where it hurts doing normal things like sitting up on the side of my bed and standing up let alone taking the couple of steps to sit on my bedside commode. Since I started using HomeMD Housecall Services they have helped me get the medicine I can use to make the pain go from a 10++ to a 4 so that I am able to do what I need to do to be able to work a couple of hours at a time, doing Customer Service virtually from home which keeps me sain. They also helped me to get everyone on the same page so I could finally get my new Power Wheelchair which I had been working on for so log. 2 thumbs up from Me!!

Jim Tougas owner NP has helped me when others refused because my case is too extensive. He's literally responded and filled meds while on vacation, taken personal time which could have been spent with his family while at home and lended it to me. He has no ego getting in the way of care and has been very patient re extensive rare illnesses even when my health ins was a pain in the arse. He's down to earth and easy to communicate with. I've also seen Tamber once but my case is too extensive for Palliative Care. She was also kind, polite and candid. The ONLY other Dr I've had do these things is my Cleveland Clinic (now Dartmouth-Hitchcock) literal 5x award winning Neurologist. Let that sink in a moment. Here we've got a group of NP's providing similar Ivy League MD Specialist award winning care to their patients. They're the only 2 providers I've ever had take time away from their personal lives to help me sort through life threatening illnesses. Top notch.
