I fell after my shower but felt fine after. I attended a family Memorial in the afternoon heat and collapsed after the meal. I was treated at the scene and transported to QVMC by ambulance. I received excellent care enroute and also at the new ER in Quincy. Testing was done and it was determined I had no broken bones. I have worked in many hospital labs in my career and I was very impressed with my care and the concern shown to me by all the staff particularly the wonderful woman Dr. I received a CT scan and no brain or vessel issues was found. The facility was beautiful and the testing done was timely and thorough. I give them a 5 Star rating and recommend this ER to anyone needing their services!

I had no idea that .Quincy, Washington had a wound care Dept. You had to be referred in order to receive their care. This place is what you do if you hurt or have troubles healing. All staff and er doc were excellent in diagnosing my heart problem and getting my heart rate tamped down from 140 to under 100. I spent 3 1/2 hours there. I appreciated that each question of mine was addressed in trying to understand what was going on. Hopefully with the cardiology referral I will hear sthg soon from Confluence. Uriel was especially helpful in getting me released and providing me copies of all my work there so I could pass it on to my regular care provider and have a copy for my own records. Greatly appreciated. He took his time to be thorough in covering all the questions he needed to check with me about before release. Also, in answering mine. Overall I’m very satisfied. Excellent help in ER. They were busy, but got me directly to a room, vitals taken and ID bracelet right away. Doc ordered CT and rapid covid. Negative covid but a bit of a wait for CT. Very pleasant friendly Rad Dept. Thanks Amy and ummm other one. Pneumonia with partial collapsed lung confirmed by CT. Clinic doc diagnosed 2 days ago, but with no improvement wanted a second opinion. Was given IV antibiotics and very efficiently discharged. ER nurses very helpful and informative. Excellent people who took my blood more than once and got IV going. So very glad we have Quincy Valley Medical Center so close to take care of me!!! It's not like it used to be!! I was injured by cat bites while visiting BC. Drove for about 6 hours and with No appointment they took care of me, as my insurance doesn't cover Emergency service there at the hospital, they took care of me in the office. After reading all the negative reviews of our Quincy Valley Hospital I feel compelled to leave a positive one in light of our upcoming bond issue. I had a severe heart attack in 2013 and I was thankful for our ER at QVH. They stabilized me and had the ambulance ready for my transfer to the cardiac department in Wenatchee. The staff at QVH helped save my life! I’m sure I’m not alone with my positive experience, but it seems people are compelled to complain rather than compliment! I had a great experience in my case.
