I'm giving this 5 stars based on my provider and the amazing work that she did. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood, answered questions even during the procedure and was determined to get the best results she could using different techniques. I wish I could remember her name(pregnancy brain is setting in) She was so sweet, when I felt ill she directed me to the bathroom and gave me water and crackers. She also asked if I was ok to continue or if I would like to be finished. The building is fairly new but everything was still so clean. Staff is friendly and timely. My appointment was at 2:00 and I had to fill out paperwork and the staff was very quick. My son wasn’t sitting right to get some images for the ultrasound so they were kind enough to have me get up and walk around to see if it’d help him move around. MFM has played a huge role in both of my pregnancies. Both times having good experiences. Dr Gilstrop was super reassuring during a procedure I needed done. Yesterday I went for my Down syndrome and genetic testing. I was greeted pleasantly by all staff members and I was seen soon after checking in. Everyone who handled me took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed and they also explained the reason for my visit in a very detailed manner. I haven’t had a baby in years so a lot has changed and I’m very impressed with the service vs my last experience 6 years ago. Looking forward to seeing the staff again in future appts. I don’t understand some reviews on here, I’ve had a great experience. Sometimes you have to wait, but it is what it is. Other than that, I’ve always felt that my care and my baby’s is in good hands. I’ve never had any trouble scheduling appointments. I didn’t realize until halfway through my pregnancy that there was a pike creek office. This was great for me, as I work in pike creek. I’ve also never had any problems hearing back on urgent issues and I have had a few I’ve called about during pregnancy. They also have been very helpful to me getting paperwork I needed to travel domestically in my early 3rd trimester. I’ve learned that the doctors are much more open if you come prepared with questions you want to know, they are more than willing to give you their undivided attention.Patient Submitted Review

Went for a CVS ( chorionic villus sampling), at first I was afraid of the procedure after all of the information in the internet about risks and how this gonna be done, once there, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all of your questions, Dr. Shlossman was great!!! Very professional and experienced, they aware me of some mild cramps afterwards, these disappeared a few hrs after the procedure, it’s been 24 hrs and I still don’t feel any pain at all, I would say this is so far the best place to go for a CVSPatient Submitted Review

I went through this office for my ob & gyn needs. I don't know what people are talking about as far as the reviews go. Loved my docs and felt comfortable with appointments, discussing issues that arose, etc. The best is the guy attacking the office for his wife's 2nd unintended pregnancy. Hello, use condoms & control instead of being a selfish partner. Maybe your wife was on a low dose bcp. Nothing is 100%. I hope he and his wife sought out therapy since the ob/gyn office would definitely ask about post partum depression and then refer you to a psychiatrist for follow up. They did with me. I been a patient of this practice for years and I have never had a problem. Now that I’m pregnant they have been amazing with my care. Every time I call with a question they got back to me within a couple of hours a lot of the time quicker than that. I like the fact that you get to see all the doctors from the practice and they come in prepare with details of your record.
