Dr. Dawn Best is my favorite doctor as she listens and guides you towards your needs very well. She is very kind and shows genuine and sincere concern for mental and physical well being. She is a very good listener. Its hard to find a good doctor, that has empathy for the things you may be experiencing or going through and she does everything she can to help. She is very intelligent and has a lot of knowledge, I've seen her for physical reasons and for mental health reasons and no matter what you see her for she is a phenomenal doctor. The front desk staff have always been friendly, helpful, and super sweet. The MA’s and providers are phenomenal! They listen, involve me in the plans for my daughter’s and my care. When something was off and I couldn’t say exactly what it was, I took my daughter, the staff were empathetic and actually listened. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Goldthorpe and his assistant Ana. They have always taken such great care of me, and I truly appreciate them more than they know. Going to the dentist can be stressful, and ive been alot unfortunately amd im always embarrassed but they make it such a comfortable and positive experience every time even if its news i dont wanna hear, there always so kind. Dr. Goldthorpe is kind, patient, and really takes the time to explain things. Ana is a gem and they are so LUCKY to have her on there team she is so sweet, welcoming, and always checking in to make sure I’m okay. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and that means everything. I always leave feeling taken care of and grateful for how kind they are to me. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares and has an awesome assistant by his side, I couldn’t recommend them more. 100% 5 stars. I cannot say enough how heard I feel and how understanding he has been through this whole process. I see Jon Casto at Desert sage and he listens and actually cares about his patients he diagnosed me with something that no other doctor could give me answers to all the other doctors blamed it on my mental health issues saying the physical things I was experiencing was all in my head but John finally gave me the diagnosis after years of searching for answers to my physical health I finally got a diagnosis so I'm forever grateful for that he definitely goes above and beyond for his patients he is respectful, caring, informative, and overall amazing!!! My husband & I moved here from CA. We had very little money. I googled medical/Dr's in M. H. I read all the svcs Sage Medical offered & they scale basis I was positive a med facility like this couldn't possibly exist. You'd NEVER find one in So Cal. Sage Medical not only offers Dr's, dentists, therapists, lab work & X-rays, they provide it all on a sliding scale basis. Everyone from the Dr's, nurses, dentists, therapists, front office staff & billing dept have always treated me with respect, friendliness & helpfulness. Dr. Hijazzi is my provider and he's the best! He's not only knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate, he'll spend as much time as necessary to ensure he's answered all your questions and concerns. In general, all of the staff is typically very friendly, professional and helpful. And Dawn Best and her main assistant Jen are some of the best medical professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. They're friendly and knowledgeable, and they always actually listen to me and are always trying to actually help me manage my seemingly endless list of symptoms. After a lifetime of chronic medical issues and the resultant medical anxiety, I now genuinely look forward to my monthly visit with them because I know we'll have a good chat and also continue tweaking and adjusting my existing treatments for better results if necessary, and also address anything new that has come up! Also, any time I have to get blood drawn, all of the phlebotomists I've had are at least good, but Griselda is amazing! I have countless horror stories of blood draws gone wrong because my veins (like the rest of my body, honestly) like to be difficult and uncooperative, but she always gets it first try, and gets it done quickly and painlessly!Patient Submitted Review

Dr Juli is very pleasant. She took great care in check my whole mouth, face and neck for any issues. She explained to me what is needed to repair my teeth and gave me options to think about. I'm sure it's a joke that's been played to death, however Dawn really is the Best. One of the finest Nurse Practitioners I've ever had to work with, asks the right questions, answers the questions in a straightforward way without the technospeak, and can still interact on a personable level. She even worked with the surgeon who fouled up my back years ago, and while I won't claim she openly shared my contempt for the individual, I could easily see that she knows few neurosurgeons are God, even the ones who are absolutely certain they're at least a lesser deity. Katherine Gray is a lovley person and doctor . Very attentive, compassionate and goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr. Saad Hijazi is an outstanding doctor and human being in every aspect possible! He listens, genuinely cares about your over all well being, is very knowledgeable and informative. He and his staff communicate well to ensure your care isn’t disrupted by the typical issues like insurance approvals & medication refills. If an issue arises they are quick to get you scheduled for an appointment or respond in some way. I have never had such an exemplary doctor that truly cares and so obviously loves the work he does! In my 46yrs of life and the 12 years of chronic illnesses, I’ve never come across a doctor that’s even slightly comparable! It’s amazing how much a doctor like him can affect your daily overall mental and physical health simply by your knowing they care, understand and will actually make an effort to give you a better quality of life. Dr. Casto and his assistant Danni helped me to be seen last minute, at 4:15 pm, right before they closed on a Saturday when I was having a possible major allergic reaction coupled with a clogged tear duct. Not only did they squeeze me in to a full schedule at the end of their work day, but they also made sure I was fully taken care of, and helped me to see immediate results. I found Dr.Hijazi and I find out several years later he IS an Internal Medicine doctor. What a nice surprise. I have eyeglasses and no I didn't see that line that says Internal Medicine. My son was in need of his vaccinations. The total he needed came to 5, the nurse that helped deliver the shots was so fast an efficient I couldn't count to ten before he was all done getting poked and bandaided up. The process was smooth and we were out of there in five minutes with a happy little boy (even after the shots). I was a walk in from another state with what I figured was an ear infection expecting to be at this clinic for hours, mostly waiting in the different phases of the process. Instead the nice lady at the desk worked her magic to get me in fairly quickly. I was still filling out forms when my name was called. I’m from a big city and have been to urgent care clinics, but have never been met with such professionalism and kindness from everyone who helped me in a fraction of the time I’m used to. The doctor took his time with me, asked pertinent questions and gave me helpful tips. He was very good; I was very impressed with Dr Ensminger. Dr. Jamie Hendricks was absolutely wonderful. I brought my son in because I was really worried about some bumps on his skin, and she took the time to thoroughly examine him and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that this is something fairly common in young children, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. As a parent, that meant a lot. She was patient, kind, and made both me and my son feel comfortable during the visit. I’m very grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially parents with young kids.
