I have had repeated occurrences of Stenosing Tenosynovitis (trigger finger) in different fingers. There is no preventative for the condition. Dr Troum has now performed four surgeries over the past three years. Each surgery successfully resolved the problem and eliminated the crippling pain. Highly recommended! I waited to post until about 6 months after my surgery just to be sure. Overall great results! This is the second surgery Dr Troum has done for me: once on each of my hands for Dupuytrens Contracture. Each time he was very clear about the possible consequences and each time the results exceeded my expectations. Both hands are basically back to normal, have full functionality, and have almost non-noticeable scarring. His nurse and staff at this location are great! I went to see Dr. Troum today for a wrist problem and he was one of the nicest, most informatve doctors I've ever encountered. He spent a good deal of time examining the wrist and explaining the problems with the wrist, the necessary procedures and expected results. Additionally, I tend to be a bit nervous when going to doctors and forget some of the things I'm told, so I asked him if it would be ok to record the audio of the visit on my phone and he assured me it was, so now I can listen to the recording and remember all that he said. Went to see dr Troum for a trigger thumb. Was pleasantly impressed with his expertise and manner. Was told injection site might be sore for a few days. Woke up this morning no soreness and can move thumb!! Hadn’t expected this quick turnaround. Office staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience. Dr Troum did surgery on my left hand. I have osteoarthritis in both of my hands .He did a wonderful job on my left hand. In 6 weeks or so I will be having my right hand done. I love Dr Troum. Troum is very personable and a excellent doctor.
