I had 5 months of PT post knee surgery at Synergy Encinitas. Immediately I felt in good hands with Cindy. She is a wonderful therapist and is genuine in her care and plan for each patient. She helped me get back to all my activities and then some. The facility is super nice and the staff is equally wonderful and friendly. They make you look forward to coming rather than dreading it. Do yourself a favor and go here! That staff is so friendly and helpful. The physical therapists are creative and incredibly knowledgeable. I exercise regularly and the exercises that they give me are so fun, hard and creative! I look forward and enjoy coming here.

Everyone here is knowledgeable and vey nice to work with. They start with a full evaluation and always give clear instructions and demonstrate the exercises. They keep a close eye on you to make sure you are doing it correctly and safely, which is very important to me. I’m getting good results . A special shout out to Cindy, who has been fantastic ! Btw, they clean everything thoroughly !

I can’t say enough great things about Cindy and the entire team — Justin, Joel, Reina — for helping me through my recovery. Having gone through multiple rounds of physical therapy over the years, including during my time playing Division I sports, I’ve worked with many PTs — and Cindy truly stands out as the best of the best. Her attention to detail, knowledge of post-surgical rehab, and ability to balance encouragement with realistic progress made all the difference in my recovery. The whole staff creates such a positive and professional environment that makes every session something to look forward to. What a world of difference Cindy Tsai has done for me. I’m a believer in Physical Therapy and has had it before several times. Cindy has been the best I’ve ever had. The workouts she designed for me, targeted exactly what was hurting and has helped soothe and alleviate much of the pain I’ve had from my post spinal fusion. What’s incredible is she helped with more than just that pain. She helped with almost all my pain, and I have a lot. I’ve had a post CSpine fusion as well, Rheumatoid Arthritis and a current rotator cuff injury. She’s instinctual and knowledgeable. She excels in her communication skills and I believe that is key in patient and caregiver relationships for best outcome. It’s what makes her so special. Her outgoing, sweet, compassionate and professional attitude goes a long way too. The clinics set up contributes great deal. It’s just Cindy and Marcy, who is also a sweetheart, and they make everyone feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience at Synergy Physical Therapy! Cindy was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel supported every step of the way. Reina also played a big role in my recovery; thanks to her targeted treatments and guidance, my shoulder pain is completely gone and I’m finally able to return to playing sports again. Marissa helped make the whole process smooth and welcoming—she’s always friendly and on top of everything. The whole team truly cares, and it shows. Highly recommend Synergy PT
