I've had doctor Tocks for a little over a year now he did my reverse shoulder replacement September of 2024 so I've seen him before that, during that time and I just had my one year appointment with him has always been extremely friendly down to earth and he always explains things to you in words you understand. Never seems to be in a rush always willing to answer questions. I was taken back by how the night before my surgery he literally called me on my phone to ask me how I was doing and if I had any questions at first when I realized it was him on the other end of the phone I thought something was wrong that I was going to be canceled or something and then he just explained to me he just wanted to make sure I understood everything and to make sure I was comfortable. He was the first doctor that I've ever had that happen that they literally call and ask how you're doing before surgery and if I had any questions to ask him and so forth. He explains things, he takes enough time, and gets to the point without being abrupt or not listening to me. While I have not had any surgery at this point for my knees, I have two friends who have. This was a follow up after surgery to repair a broken femur. The staples were removed and the incision assessed. XRay images were taken and reviewed. The original knee immobilizer was replaced with a T-Scope type. Dr. Brenneman was professional and friendly, which is his usual demeanor.
