Very fast. Very knowledgeable about anything from precertification to whatever scan that you are getting. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. It’s like a one stop shop. You make your appointment and then just show up your insurance information is taken care of for you and if you have any questions about what you are getting done they are extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend that if you want to get in and get out extremely quickly make your appointment as early in the morning as possible like when they open. Also make sure you fill out your paperwork before your appointment and that will make your experience even more faster. I think I was there for maybe a half an hour from when I checked in got my ct scan got dressed and then was ready to leave. Great place to get any kind of imaging that you are getting done. I went to AMI (Mullica Hill) for the 1st time today. The waiting room is large & very well lit. I had to fill out paperwork since I was new. It wasn’t a lot & was easily finished. I was having a simple XR, which doesn’t require an appointment. The wait from the time I gave the very nice clerk the paperwork was 15 minutes. Not bad at all. The XR tech was very nice & professional. I was finished in 15 minutes. My Dr. had the XR pictures before I had my shoes put back on. A 1/2 hour later my results were in my Inspira Patient Portal. The staff from the receptionist to the technician who took my xrays were very friendly, professional and very good. The xrays were tough as my knees are that bad but the tech was supportive and took her time to make sure I was ok while making sure to get the shots she needed. If you need medical imaging, you would be wise to give them a call and they even have Saturday hours which is a plus for us who work M-F.Patient Submitted Review

What a lovely, kind and caring person. She asked about me and how I was doing in a very caring and sincere way. I was hesitant after my initial interaction with the front desk associate, but quickly realized Suzanne was actually concerned. And she didn't complain when I asked her if she could make me a Disc of the test results that I had just a few minutes before. I have a balance disorder, and I have a cardiologist for the first time in my life. I was sent to the centre for an ultrasound to my heart and arteries. Michelle was the person who performed the ultrasound and she was wonderful. Her hands were warm and her explanations were concise , and she was a very pleasant person. My first visit to this AMI facility; I am a longtime patient with AMI and use them exclusively for imaging. Typical of ALL AMI facilities I've visited, this one was very clean and well maintained. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly. The tech who performed my MRI (Maria) was very good. All of the above being said, the main reason to select AMI for your imaging is the expertise of their doctors, the ones who perform the initial review of your image. Instead of having me schedule another ride with transport just to pick up my copy it was mail to me. When my ordering doctor's office refused to give me a copy of my report, one was provided for me from this imagining center. Everyone went above and beyond what they needed to. I just went for an MRI on Wednesday, Dec 9th, @6:45 pm, no one there so I got right in! The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly at 1st, but I’m a very nice person so she warmed up to me quickly! Sometimes we forget that these people are human, they get tired, have bad days & have to deal with nasty people too! I’ve been on both sides, so I always try to be super nice bcuz it’s hard to be unkind to someone who is being really nice! As for the Technicians, they have been super nice & VERY accommodating! I always pickup my reports, I call 1st to make sure they’re ready & they are waiting for me at the desk! My waiting time was only 10 minutes, the person who took care of me was Donna she was very nice and explained everything to me that she was going to do first before we even started! She asked if I had any questions for her before she started the mammogram. I felt very relaxed and at ease with her because I had no discomfort at all. I’d recommend Donna for everyone have a mammogram done because she knows how to do it without causing discomfort.
