The Doctor I had seen was a Dr Conley and he was was professional and courteous and dedicated and respectful towards all my needs and questions and the staff at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster I have to admit they are very professional and courteous and dedicated to helping people who are dealing with injuries that need an Orthopedic doctor or surgeon and the nurses and receptionists are absolutely amazing and kind and courteous and dedicated to their jobs and they show so much compassion for all of their patients. I recently visited Jessica B. Strubel PA-C with Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster at their Lebanon facility for a Visco Injection to my right knee. I have used OAL for procedures on my right elbow, left knee and right knee with success on all procedures. This last contact with Jessica reaffirms my trust and satisfaction with OAL. Jessica was very friendly with a quick wit and a great sense of humor as well as extremely competent. She gave me the shot in my knee quickly, efficiently and with very little discomfort. On my electronic pre-registration I included two new issues I needed to discuss with him. As we discussed all three of my issues, he took detailed notes then asked me follow up questions. I'm happy to have Dr,. Cooke do my hip replacement surgery. I found him to be friendly, professional, and forthcoming with what to expect, what must be done prior to the surgery, along with possible issues that might prove to be problematic during or after surgery. I feel quite comfortable with being in good hands even if the requisite anxiety about the procedure is the. My surgery was February 5th, 2025, and it was extremely successful. As of this writing, it's just past 6 weeks later, and I saw Dr. Cook for a follow-up. Everything looks great, feels great, and I came away with a complete understanding of what I can do and can't do. While I am astounded at the technology, I'm even more enthralled with his skill level. While l I hope. Dr. Thomas Sherman has been the most professional and personable through all my recent issues with rebuilding my ankle and then putting in a replacement. I was cut by large shards of glass from a broken tabletop and severed my bicep tendon. The injury was so severe that it required makeshift tourniquets at the time of my injury. After an injury that nearly left me permanently disabled, unable to work in my trade, or ever be able to pick up my 2 year old son again, I was told that I would be specifically referred to Dr. Starks for my surgery. Wow! This practice (OAL) is great, especially in comparison to another similar local provider. First, if it's hard to get an appointment, you can alternatively go to their walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care. That is what I had to do. The staff are all very kind and caring as well as thorough professionals. But the absolute best thing, at least for me, is that they have fabulous self-pay pricing, even on big ticket things like MRIs. My employer provides no medical insurance, and I don't want to spend an entire paycheck on it myself. Usually a provider will give a tiny discount to people like me. The greatest part of this visit is Dr. Liu explained all of my options for relieving my pain. Included were the pros and cons of each option. Since he had studies all aspects of my history plus my current conditions, I was clear choices to make the decision. Because of the age/conditions, I was able to decline treatment as I would have to travel to a different location plus receive the injections without anesthesia.
