I appreciate the incredible professionalism and welcoming atmosphere in this office. Dr. Hill is very friendly, approachable, and gave me the space and time to discuss inquiries that I had about my health and history as his new patient, which I did not have out of state. No BS, he kept resolutions simple to follow, and practical. The medical assistant was incredibly kind and efficient. The phlebotomist was a joy to chat with and quick while she drew; I’ve no issue with needles, but I know she’s likely capable of comforting any patients who may have a fear or discomfort with needles. Great customer service, clean building, and good music choice for the lobby! Thank you all so much for your support and wonderful first-time experience!

Dr. Hill is a great doctor, he's very patient and listens to what I have to say, and he thoughtfully responds to my comments, unlike doctors I've had in the past. Dr. Hill is probably the first doctor I feel comfortable about talking about my health issues, and I know he will take my considerations into account. He also stays on top of getting my next appointment set up and scheduled right after I see him, and I greatly appreciate that.

Great first visit. I felt I was listened too and in less than 15 minutes, Dr Hill discussed his philosophy about treating the whole person and how your mental health affects your physical health. I truly believe this, but no primary physician ever discusses this. It’s a welcome change.

I wanted to take a moment to share. I rarely write reviews, however, it seems appropriate this week. I have seen Dr. Matthew Hill for years and I can't say enough good things. Not only is he a brilliant doctor, he has a great empathy for his patients and respect for his staff. He is compassionate and will always try to understand and help with his medical advice, expertise and his time even when there are no appointments available. He does a great job attending to his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP in Austin.
