Dr. Hill has been my GP for several years, during which I have multiple outside surgeries including four knee replacement procedures. Hill Family Medicine has always navigated my ever-changing charts effortlessly. My last visit was my annual Medicare health check-up. I had the chance to try a new computer based testing system that I found far more revealing than the old "remember these words" etc system. Well done. I can get lightheaded during blood draws. The phlebotomist set the needle effortlessly and over before I knew it. Bravo that. I appreciate the incredible professionalism and welcoming atmosphere in this office. Dr. Hill is very friendly, approachable, and gave me the space and time to discuss inquiries that I had about my health and history as his new patient, which I did not have out of state. No BS, he kept resolutions simple to follow, and practical. The medical assistant was incredibly kind and efficient. The phlebotomist was a joy to chat with and quick while she drew; I’ve no issue with needles, but I know she’s likely capable of comforting any patients who may have a fear or discomfort with needles. Have been a patient of Dr. Matthew Hill and Dr. Svetlana Megley-Hill since 2014. They have been nothing but helpful in addressing my medical concerns over the years with great precision and timeliness. When insurance needed a letter there was no delay whatsoever, when insurance lapsed and switched employers, they found the most economical solutions to issues. I cannot help but cast away some of the other experiences as one-off outlier situations. Finding a committed primary care physician in Austin, TX was not an easy task, and I’m glad that they continue to work hard for their patients both with longer histories as well as newer.
