Even before he came into the room, he had taken time to look at my history and knew a little bit about me. He listened to me and addressed my concerns. I was in and out of this office and probably less than 30 to 45 minutes. The majority of that was actually being seen by the technician and doctor. There was probably less than five minutes wait time to get into the office. The doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns in history of my health issues. I was very pleased with not only my Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Sunny Parek, but also the office personnel, the X-Ray Technician and Dr. P.’s Nurse Assistant Hannah. Hannah was very gentle taking out my surgical stitches. Chancey, another Nurse Assistant made sure I had the proper size Orthopedic Boot to wear also. Everyone was so very kind and wonderful to me during this unexpected accident I had that caused me to have serious surgery. Broke my wrist 08/08/25 in Seguin, TX. Got my blue cast with Dr Parekh’s office/staff. Scary but wonderful feeling when it was cut off. And thank you to the young nurse’ staff that worked with me to remove my cast. Wow! Felt great to get this Velcro cast to wear. I am someone who does my best to never go to the doctor. It's not a trait I would advise anyone to adopt. But it does make me very happy to have found this medical practice, Lake Pointe Orthopaedics, and Dr. Parekh. Lovely office. It was easy to get an appointment and all the people on staff were so professional and personable. The office is very nice. I was seen promptly. Even though my visit was longer than I expected, I realized it was because the doctor cared enough to take time with each patient. Lindsey at the front desk was efficient and caring and went the extra mile for me. Quick and very professional attention. The staff is very attentive in helping you with everything. My husband had an X-ray taken in the same place for control. They have bilingual staff who advise you on the procedures. Thank you Elena for your information and help in translating medical terms. We will return for a check-up in 3 weeks. Super convenient location, and every staff member is incredibly nice and helpful. I came to see Dr. Weido to take care of my ingrown toenails (each big toe). He was incredibly kind, gentle, and did a wonderful job addressing my questions and concerns. When I asked for his professional opinion he gave it to me and explained why, which I really appreciated. Although the procedure itself is not enjoyable, Dr. Weido and his staff made it the best experience possible. Great post surgery results! My mom is 88 years old and had a partial hip replacement due to a fall. X-rays looked great and she is well on her way to recovery. Rehab is coming along with each day. She is walking 200 plus steps with a walker. Incision looks good and staples were removed two weeks after surgery.
