Staff were excellent. I have a shoulder injury, and it was difficult for me to lay flat during my MRI. The staff were very helpful and put pads down to help me lay on a specific angle. I had Jacquelin and Anthony for my CT scans and they were a great help getting me low enough on the CT table to be able to complete the scan. I have a new compression fracture at T12 which is acutely painful when trying to lay back And hardware from C3-T1 that keeps my neck from bending flat! Excellent work getting me through that! This place is so inviting with its atmosphere and especially the people who work there, that it felt like a nice wellness visit. Terry in Galloway is the calmest, most professional and helpful front desk leader & Ashley, Office Manager in Woolrich is exemplary in addressing client needs. Both Terry and Ashley are top-tier!!! They were extremely helpful in getting the CT Scan report to my Doctor as quickly as it could be read by their Radiologist prior to my appointment. I have been pleased with imaging services from other providers, but AMI is just the absolute cut above all the rest. Will definitely be returning for future imaging needs. I was soo full of stress and worry making appointments for doctors and dealing with concerns all month long this was a very important step to help us get answers so I was already extremely stressed out when I called. I had a great experience for my Cardiac Open Bore MRI in Galloway Atlantic Medical Imaging office! From Front Desk to finish on November 11, 2025! Awesome! Priscilla prepped me and she was very pleasant and highly professional! Priscilla and Michelle explained everything and put me at ease and instructed me about the breath holding parts as well as the contrast experience. My thin veins were no match for Priscilla - as I had to have contrast for the second part of it. She was able to get the line in. Michelle got me through all the breathing and breath holding and the process of the MRI. She must have had great shots because the Radiologist approved them rather quickly. I get all of my MRI, x-rays, and ultrasounds completed at AMI location in Galloway, NJ. The registration staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful during the check-in process. There is always an abundance of staff at the front desk to ensure minimal wait time. The technicians who conduct the various tests are professional, knowledgeable, and kind as they review your medical history and explain what to expect during your tests. The team that puts in the IV for tests that require contrast is professional, patient, and gentle at their job. I am a hard stick, and they are so kind and caring as they go through the lengthy process of helping me. The office and restrooms are always clean. It has ample parking and handicap accessible parking as well as entering/exiting and moving throughout the building. Out of all AMI locations, Galloway is definitely my first choice and my favorite. The facilities were very clean, they were efficient in registering patients, and all the paperwork was provided to be filled out a priori. The technician informed/explained briefly while taking MRIs and X-rays. The reports are provided by expert physicians who are all diagnostic radiologists for preview by referring physicians, etc. Again, having been there multiple times due to an auto accident, they are a very good set of professionals.

I have a lot of anxiety about enclosed spaces and the woman who did my MRI was so sweet and really helped me through agreeing to stay in the machine after they pulled me out partially to administer the contrast. I just moved from NY to Galloway & the hardest part of moving is finding new Doctors & medical facilities. So far I have been very lucky. I have been to AMI twice this past week for the first time & I was absolutely impressed. Lots of parking & in a super convenient location. The waiting area is nice & bright & the staff at the front desk were great. A shout out ti Antonia in the radiology department, you rock ! The technicians in radiology were absolutely wonderful.They were professional & warm, and made sure I was comfortable. And the icing on the cake was that Dr Pack the radiologist came into the room & we had a terrific talk. He wanted to double check as & he explained everything. I recently had my first ever mammogram plus an ultrasound guided biopsy (2 different appointments) with Dr Pack, Peighton, and the whole Women’s Health team at AMI Galloway. Even though it was an unfortunate experience to go through, I was so lucky to have Dr Pack and his team at the helm. Even when I can tell the staff is having a hectic day (I am in healthcare too) they really do not let it affect the patient experience. I asked them if they were part of “My Chart” which is an app that keeps all ur records together and ur able to share all ur medical information… for example I had 2 doctors that I had orders for and I forgot one of the orders at home so I jumped on MY Chart looking for the address for the ladies but it’s such a great app that I was able to pull up the actual order and give them the code they needed. I can also see my results from tests and see when certain tests are due. So I told the ladies at the front desk they should consider using MY CHART it ties all doctors and hospitals together … they were going to let a manager know and hopefully be considered to have access to the app and it makes my life easier anyways …. Esther the RN she was so supportive to me in my fear of the metoprolol I had to take 50 mg on top of my own 25 mg at home I was afraid of bradycardia. I had two appointments today, Tuesday, March 7, 2023. My first appointment was for 1:20 PM. My second appointment was for 1:40 PM. I also had blood work that needed to get done where there was no appointment needed so I arrived at 12 PM leaving myself plenty of time to get the blood work complete before my mammogram and lower lumbar x-ray. To my surprise, I did not wait even one minute to be called in to LabCorp for my blood work. I now had over an hour to wait for my other appointments. However they took me in immediately and I was able to exit the building by 12:40 PM, which was 40 minutes prior to the first scheduled appointment. I was in an ouch with a set of x-rays a mammogram and blood work done in record time I was actually blown away by the professionalism and rapid speed of which I spent my short time there to accomplish a lot. The woman doing the mammogram adjusted the machine so I didn't have to stand on tiptoe, as I did the last time because the technician refused to adjust the machine. Also she didn't have to redo any, as the technician did the last time. The woman doing the ultrasound was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. When my scan was over, I attempted to get up from the table and was very dizzy. Lindsay immediately sat me down and went to get a bottle of water and some crackers. In the meantime, Dori came into the room and found some apple juice, and between the two of them, they took care of me. They would not let me get up or leave until I felt 100%. What might have been a terrifying experience was, instead, comfortable and easy. The initial phone call was done with care. Curbside check in was easy and the cheery phone call, inviting me in, set the pace. I spent less than 2 minutes in the waiting room. Every step of the 2 procedures was quick, efficient, and I was never left alone. The technicians are fabulous and informed me of everything they were doing. And the facility is immaculately clean. Finally, the doctor came in with the results. I was told it would be an approximate 2 hr procedure for both tests. I was complete in less than one hour and all my questions were answered before h in had a chance to ask them. I was nervous about getting my MRI done. I am not claustrophobic, but uncomfortable feeling trapped in a space . The MRI machine I used was an open MRI, but the sense of calm I felt during my MRI was not due to the open machine, but to the staff helping . I believe her name was Sydney. She knew I was nervous and checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing Ok as well as kept me up to date with what was happening & how long the images would be . I had the best experience.I was getting a shot of dye in my lumbar. The test was a CT lumbar Myelogram,with contrast. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Medical Imaging, Galloway for MRIs especially if you are closophic and need an open machine. I had to get a scan with dye, I absolutely hate needles and fear them but the process was quick and not problematic at all. The girls showed so much care. After getting prepped for the MRI, I was treated so kindly through the process, which I appreciated after freaking out alittle in the beginning. I was able to get through the scanning with flying colors. I drove 1 hour to the Galloway facility because of their availability to schedule me right away. I felt safe, comfortable and was able to get my IV line put in without screaming and getting mad, MRI scannings with the dye done and it was not bad at all. We regrettably have to use AMI a lot. I say regrettably not because AMI does not do a wonderful job but because of our various maladies . I was there today for 2 US procedures and 1 X-Ray. With Covid 19 lurking everywhere your people made sure they were masked, took my temperature, asked pertinent questions, and were as cordial as possible.
