I have to say this procedure was the best decision. It has solved so many issues I was having caused by menopause. Things don’t have to get so bad when you have solutions like this. This procedure has changed my life. I had chronic urinary tract infections for at least 17 years that I remember. It was ruining my life. After the first 3 sessions I didn't get a UTI for 17 months as apposed to every few weeks. The Mona Lisa Touch was a little uncomfortable during the insertion and when Judy changed positions, but the Laser was pain free. I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering with chronic UTI,s. Also Judy, who gives the treatment, is very attentive concerning my feelings, questions, or any issues I bring up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Judy Follo and the entire staff here is amazing. I went for an annual ML touch-up in May 2025. My gyno recommended this place in 2023. Three appts a month apart to start, and this recent appt was my 2nd “touch up”. I’m 60 yo. Good results for me. Fast and easy in/out. Judy always makes me feel comfortable. Update Feb 2026-Just had another ML touch-up. Judy and the staff are great. Seeing Judy every 9-12 months is now like visiting an old friend. The team is professional, quick, and very pleasant every time I go. Happy to have found this place back in 2023. Highly recommend!
