I’ve been to AMI on E Chestnut in Vineland many times. I’ve had MRIs, X-rays and a CT scan. The X-rays are super fast! I needed X-rays today and the entire thing took 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left. And only 8 minutes for the actual X-rays! The waiting room time varies depending on how busy they are, but it’s never been excessive. Everyone that I’ve spoken to has been very professional, helpful and nice. My imaging results usually show up on the portal the same day or the very next day. The facilities are clean. I highly recommend this AMI. What a kind and caring individual. I can see how in this job people would become numb and careless, but he wasn’t and I appreciated him so much. Nikki is the staff member who performed my imaging. She was the best at making me feel more comfortable and helping me relax during a test that I found challengingly claustrophobic. Nikki was patient when I felt anxious, provided me with creature comforts (water and a blanket), and allowed me to listen to soothing music to help me relax. She was encouraging and accommodating—checking on me throughout the duration of the testing as well as letting me know when I was almost finished each part. I recently went to AMI at the Chestnut Ave location for an ultrasound guided aspiration of my hip. The staff couldn’t have been more professional. The nurse Nicole was fantastic! Dr. Ceniglia was fantastic as well and as professional as it gets. I had no idea what this procedure consisted of but it was not what I expected at all to have done at an AMI center. With that being said, I wouldn’t have wanted any other group of people taking care of me. From the first friendly and happy tech who called me back (Marie, Mary) I believe her name was, had me relaxed as you’re not exactly in a relaxing position to have this procedure done. Exactly what I needed. Everyone was great from the front desk to the pre-screening phone calls I received. I know where I’ll be going if I ever need further procedures requiring AMI. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians (CT Scan) were friendly going and went above and beyond. I had a 2:45 pm appointment for a CT Scan of my head because of suspected Sinus Infection. As I was leaving I said to the technician that I may see her on Wednesday because I was scheduled for another CT Scan of my Chest by a different doctor l. My tech said why didn’t they schedule them together? I said they tied but next available to do both CT Scans and Mamogram a as rd dad was in August, so they split between Friday (CT Scan of head) and Wednesday(Chest CT scan & Mammogram) she looked and had extra time and asked if I’d like to do the Chest CT Scan now. I came in for 2 tests and had another appointment later that morning for two more. I was called right away and when they finished, they took me right to the next person to do the next test. Then, they checked for me to see if they could do the next two tests right then so I wouldn’t have to come back. They were able to do them so I got all four back-to-back. It saved me a lot of time. I got 4 tests done in less than 1 1/2 hours. They were so nice about the MRI and how scared I was. The staff helped me over and beyond when my dr’s office forgot to send the script, it was a Saturday and the office was closed. But because the pre- auth was so detailed they went ahead and did my MRI. that’s GREAT customer service!!rater8 Verified Patient

Originally I was given 2 appointments for 2 ordered studies. When I got there the clinical staff ( mammography tech and her coworkers) were able to arranged for both studies to be done at the same visit. Staff and Radiologist listened to my concerns. It was fast and clean and nice. Also it was very nice to be able to find a seat. Usually people bring their extended family with them and it’s very hard to get a seat especially for the elderly people.rater8 Verified Patient

If I could give another 5stars I would!! The care that I received for my breast biopsy procedure was the "BEST". R.N.Joann made me feel so comfortable. She was patience and kind and took great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Bhimani is the best imaging specialist! She also showed care and patience before, during and after my procedure also.Thank you all for giving me great care during my visit. Words can't explain my gratefulness ! I had a very good experience here. The wait was about a half hour but they were very busy. The thing I noticed was everyone was working hard to get patients seen. I was assisted by Dave who was one of the nicest healthcare professionals I have met. I was nervous and he was so sweet and calming. I really appreciated his help today.Patient Submitted Review

Had to have a MRI done and I am claustrophobic. The two ladies that did my test were wonderful. I really didn't think I would be able to finish it but they were very comforting and patient . Will definitely go there again.Read more
