This office is very fast and efficient with getting patient’s checked in and getting them back to a room to be seen. They make sure that you know when your next appointment is, and if you have any imaging or CT scans they make you aware of the time. They also give you a list of numbers with everyone in the office and they highlight which person you should call if you may have any questions. They are very accommodating and friendly. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Griffin for my total knee replacement in July of 2024. He was very kind and sympathetic when discussing surgery with me without being pushy. He spent time explaining the surgery and answering my questions. I had 100% confidence in him and looked forward to getting my new knee joint. I didn't have any problems after my surgery and completed my physical therapy as planned. After years of pain Dr. Griffin gave me relief and mobility again at the age of 71. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs total knee replacement. I worked with a personal trainer in the months prior to my surgery. Dr Griffin is very knowledgeable, cares about his patients! Knows his patients medical history and bases his treatments on that. He did a knee replacement on my left knee 5 years ago. I’m going back for the other knee in May. I trust him completely. He wouldn’t do a surgery if he expects there to be a high risk of infection. He prepares you early enough before surgery to avoid any problems, or infections. Dr Griffin saw me on short notice because I was in severe pain with a badly swollen right elbow. He aspirated the joint, drained the fluid and injected a steroid, all without any real pain or discomfort. That’s truly amazing. My E&B experience was professional and with very good service. From walking in and answering a few questions (had previously completed electronic data requested) I was seen quickly and met an experienced nurse who performed her perfunctory responsibilities and was greeted kindly by qualified and poised Doctor Brent Sinicrope. Dr. Newab was my original doctor. He is such a kind and wonderful doctor. However when I broke my leg, he told me the Dr. Griffin would be the best surgeon to fix my leg.
