Omari takes time to listen to me and address my pain with empathy and several different methods of therapy that work for me! He has brought me through a hip replacement and a shoulder replacement, and now he is helping me with IT band issues and lower back issues. He is awesome!

The team is incredibly knowledgeable specially Jasmine.V, every exercise had intention and purpose. She took the time to explain how each step was helping me heal, rebuild strength, and restore mobility. Great place!

I am a very lucky patient at synergy orthopedics physical therapy since day one. Since the first minute I arrived I felt the comfortable feeling like the living room of my home. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I really enjoy getting there everytime and see Jen. She is very professional and sweet. Thank you for helping me and getting to my level of help. She is awesome and very smart. She one of the best and would recommend her to any of my family. I am very lucky to have her here.

This is my second round of PT at Synergy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The difference in how I feel compared to my previous PT experience is night and day. Alex’s manual therapy work on my leg has been incredibly effective - I genuinely look forward to my sessions. The entire team brings great energy, and Cat at the front desk makes every visit seamless. Highly recommend!

Sara (and the entire team) are the best in the business, in my opinion. Her main goal is to make sure that I am not injuring myself or making anything worse. She listens to me and is very involved in every exercise and act that I take during my therapy. I feel very safe here.

The staff have always been very attentive and thorough,. All of the staff here, from the therapists, to the receptionist girls up front, have been extremely pleasant and supportive. Unfortunately coming here means there’s an injury of some type, but the staff make the visits more than bearable.

I truly appreciate the awesome care and support provided by Synergy’s Physical Therapists Sara Nieves, Julie Cassiere, and Kat Benitez. My concerns were addressed and additional methods of care were discussed, explained, and recommended throughout my visit and even reiterated prior to my departure. I was treated with care and not as another person just complaining of my medical concerns. The professionalism, patient care , dedication, and teamwork exhibited to ensure not just myself but others were handled with respect and integrity speaks volumes of how important their role is to the health of their patients. Once again, I am so grateful for all that is done to help lessening pain and achieving my goals of forming comfort during mobility.

This was my first outpatient PT visit, post right total hip replacement. Both myself & my husband were completely blown away! My therapist, Sara, was kind, competent, & professional. She treated me as a person, not just a customer. I felt like I was receiving the best possible care to speed along my progress on my current road to recovery. Looking forward to my future visits. The staff is amazing here. My OT Jenn Chow is so great. I’ll be sad to “graduate” and to no longer see her. Her work has been so helpful. Front desk coordinator Stephanie also has been so helpful when dealing with insurance. This is where I’ll return if I ever need occupational therapy again.

Synergy orthopedics is really great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the background music and the relaxed atmosphere. It is also very clean. Everything is cleaned after each use. Jennifer is fabulous. She is very knowledgeable about the hands, gives me lots of therapeutic activities and is a fun person. She brightens my day whenever I see her. I highly recommend Synergy Orthopedics.

Jennifer helped me recover from a bicep tendon injury starting in November 2024 through around April 2025, and I’m really glad I had her during that time. She was easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and always made sure the exercises made sense for where I was in my recovery. Each session felt productive without being overwhelming, and she adjusted things based on how my arm was doing week to week. I ended up regaining full range of motion and got a solid base of strength back thanks to her help. If you’re dealing with an injury and want someone who knows what they’re doing and actually listens, I’d definitely recommend Jennifer.
