I have been going to Dr Boyce since 2013 for both of my knees. Every appointment whether it’s with the doctor or his staff xrays, getting shots—always on time prompt and friendly. He listens and he cares. I had both my knees replaced this past summer. Both surgeries were very successful. GLOC is great, an extremely efficient, effective, and friendly service provider. Dr. Boyce did a fantastic job on my surgery! It was traumatic and painful when I got to the hospital. He scheduled surgery for me the very next morning after arriving late at night via ambulance from 100 miles away. I just had my 6 week checkup and everything is healed, I have almost no pain in the area after it being one of the most excruciating pains I've ever had! I have been walking around "normal" for nearly 3 weeks prior and was driving in 6 days after breaking my femur/hip and having a rod, screws, and a plate put in to keep the bones in place. Im shocked that I healed so fast from a serious injury and I don't even require physical therapy since I am doing so well! I was late for my appointment by a half hour today due to a traffic accident and living 100 miles away, yet he still let me be seen right away. 11 minutes to change for xrays and a visit with him answering all of my questions. Very personable, great bedside manner, and a pleasure to talk to and be around! I recommend him if you are lucky enough to be able to choose. I had fallen in the mall just returned back to the states from a international competition. When I looked down as I lay there I look down and my leg was normal however my foot lay flat on the floor and my ankle had my toes pointing to the left. He gave me pain meds and set it up for me to see dermatologist. I liked his smile when I had meds yet the waiting period for skin my eyes where throwing daggers. I now am thankful for his safety practice for I am allergic to metal so the good stuff went in. Then hospital and cast and etc. Going to therapy. Got blood clot. He still #1 in my care. Sooo... Andrew Boyce is an AMAZING Docotor. After a near fatal Auto Accident he literally put “Humpty Dumpty” back together again. He and his staff are the best. Office is very organized . I cannot put into words how happy I am with the care I’ve received from Dr. Boyce. From my initial consultation, testing, to the OR, to post op follow up he has been nothing but personable, positive and professional. I had a unique case of chronic compartment syndrome and he did an incredible job with my fasciotomy. He is kind, considerate and thorough at every appointment. I was in a car accident on July 2nd 2018 and fractured my patella laterally. Needless to say it is very painful! After surgery by Dr. Boyce while it still hurt of course it’s back together and I was walking. (Kinda) the next day. He is so kind and thoughtful and explained things fully. I’m the clinic coordinator at the MFPC residency clinic so I’m surrounded with great doctors daily and Dr. Boyce is just as down to earth as they are.
