We’ve seen Dr. Thomas with all three of our kids now. I trust his opinion, he’s always great with the kids too. I changed my insurance just so Incoukd make sure they’d be able to go there. I have two athletes and one with cerebral palsy. All of them have adored him and felt included in their own care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Michael D. Thomas was amazing.If you are looking for pediatrics orthopedic he is the Dr. he was very thorough in what he did. He didn’t rush the process in what he need to do. As a parent I felt like I wanted him to hurry up start doing thing now ASAP, But I was coming from being impatience and being scared for my child.(1st time parent going through this) He did everything he knew to do in a case like this. When I look back I see how thorough he was and how he did everything accordingly. I am very grateful that he explained thing to me, when I ask. He was very patient with us and kind. Love that their is options on locations. Living in henderson the drive during traffic hours is bad. But henderson didnt have a Stat appt. So i chose to go to Washington location. Was late(accident and long check in line) but they still checked us in, then got processed and paperwork filled out. Waited about 20-30mins, roomed and seen Dr by the hr mark, love that radiology is onsite. Dr Thomas is straight to the point and knowledgable and communicates his plan of treatments well. Dr. Michael Thomas is the best pediatric orthopedic doctor, he has been my son's doctor for 15 years, he has performed countless surgeries on him, including two very important ones to stop the growth of the femur in the left leg and the growth of the femur in his right leg. To numb her to reset the bones and they waited for my husband to get there to help keep her calm despite a packed schedule. Everyone in the back office were absolutely amazing! The Dr. was very attentive and helped us get the right tests done. The Dr's assistants got us in to get the tests done the same day due to the amount of travel we had to do just to be there that day. When the cast was put on they were very kind and patient and helped distract my child from the discomfort they were going through. They were amazing! My only complaint was when I first got there the lady who I first saw/spoke to was so rude and pretty much treated me like a liar. Just completely disrespectful! Dr. Thomas has been treating our son for scoliosis. He has done a great job and is very knowledgeable with the added bonus of a great bedside manner. He is conservative and does not want to rush into surgery or other expensive treatments before all other options, including physical therapy, have been exhausted. I really feel he has our son's long term health and well being in mind when he recommends all of his treatments or lack of them. There are no words to fully express how much I adore Dr Thomas and how grateful I am for the care he has shown my children over the last 10 years. He treats 3 of my children for scoliosis and has done multiple surgeries on my son for multiple fractures as well as scoliosis. Dr. Thomas was great, he was very gentle and patient with my daughter. His knowledge and ability made me feel at ease. The whole visit went smooth, all the medical assistants and nurses were very helpful and friendly as well.
