I would say Dr.Chang is very approachable and sweet in attending to her patients. She’s attentive to your concerns about your issues in your health. And during my procedure she will ask you if you have more questions and concerns before the procedure starts. I also appreciate all the staff that assisted me, they were all approachable and they won’t let you feel nervous at all because they all talked to you in such comporting way. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang .

I brought my autistic friend for his colonoscopy. We had an amazing experience! Each nurse that encountered my friend recognized his autistism right away and treated him with the utmost respect. The nurses, Ashley and Nancy, asked my friend if it was okay before each thing they did. It warmed my heart to have such caring nurses with us during his colonoscopy. I should mention that everyone we came in contact with was friendly and caring. My husband and I also see Dr. Chang. Had the EGD + Colonoscopy and feel great, now 4-5hours later! In the blink of an eye it felt like I was waiting to be put out, and then I was done! I then just felt drowsy, a lil delayed, like nothing happened, but I was done already apparently! The anesthesia wore off quickly, no hang over feeling, and don’t remember anything except laying down and talking to Dr. Chang! She is very reassuring & comforting. I wish Dr Chang could be my regular doctor. She is the best. I came in and the staff were very friendly. No wait time really. Outstanding! Filled with anxiety about a colonoscopy Dr. Chang and everyone I encountered at the Digestive Disease Specialist - South from beginning to end on Thursday, November 12, 2020, were great. From my initial encounter with Puff, then the check-in personnel, Nurse Maria, Nurse Jeremiah, Anesthesiologist Tom LeBlanc, then Dr. Chang herself, my visit to the South location turned out to be better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Chang and every one here I have named, including Nurse Tara (there are 3 actually, not sure of her last name) I was made to feel comfortable, less anxious, and everyone handled me with kindness, respect, and gentle hands. With the kind of medical assistance I received with this group, it truly helps restore my faith in humanity, especially at such a time when there is so much uncertainty about everything.
