Dr. Vikoren in exceptional surgen! He replaced my hip in May, and my knee in November. Both went very well. I was concerned about the pain from doing my Knee but it was minor he has a great technique for apply pain medicine during surgery. My knee was numb for 5 day,and never hurt to much. I had a hip replacement by Dr. Vikoren and I can not thank him and Bucks County Orthopedics enough. My recovery was amazing. The greatest pain I had was the day before surgery. I was walking 10 minutes every hour immediately after surgery with no pain. At one point, I thought I was going to cry as I never envisioned walking pain-free again; this has changed my life. I was also astounded by the process they have in place to optimize recovery. A nurse and physical therapist met us at our house immediately following surgery. All of our questions were answered and we felt completely comfortable on the recovery process and what to expect in the coming days. I’m feeling Thankful today. Dr. Thomas Vikoren did a total knee replacement on my left knee 2 years ago. I could barely walk when I came in for a consult. Pain, swelling, deformity had made everything so difficult and impossible. He had a calm assuring way and after a few years of injections other places, I trusted his advice. Everything was explained excellently. It was my 1st surgery so I didn’t know what to expect. The same day home went perfectly. I was walking and into outpatient therapy the same week. 2 years later I am still doing great. I followed protocol and started outpatient physical therapy 4 days after surgery…I’m at 8 weeks from my surgery… have been driving since week 3…can do just about everything WITHOUT pain! I’m amazed!! I had so many references for surgeons but after much research and a glowing recommendation from a previous patient who had two hip replacements by Dr. Vikoren, I chose him to do my surgery. I had a fall in May, 2024 and was transported to Doylestown Hospital ER. Dr Vikoren was on call. After X-rays it was determined that my hip was broken. Dr V suggested hip replacement. He performed the surgery and I was released in 2 days. Upon my post-op visit Dr V noticed that both my knees needed attention. He suggested replacing both knees. In Oct. 2024 I had right knee replaced and in Jan. 2025 I had left knee replaced. After physical therapy I feel great. I walk with no pain and I can see that my knees are straightened out. I’m not a surgery guy. The last time I had it was in 1964 when my tonsils came out. My right hip was 100% bone on bone contact and was really hurting. I went to Rothman for knee pain. They did Cortizone shots and a $795 out of pocket brace to wear; which didn’t help very much with the pain. I got a second opinion at Bucks County Otho and are really pleased with the receptionist and my doctor. I was able to get an appointment very quickly with a person who was very friendly and helpful. The office was conveniently located, very clean, modern and spacious for all who had mobility issues. Recently had left hip replacement by Dr. Vikoren. My hip was "bone on bone" and very painful. Dr. Vikoren and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and patient with the many questions I had. The surgery went well and PT is progressing nicely. Had a 2 week followup with Sally (nurse practitioner) and just had my 7 week followup with Dr. Vikoren - he's removed all my hip precautions and I can start easing into a normal life again without pain. Dr. Vikoren and his team preformed a Total Knee Replacement on me. From start to finish I knew I was in good hands. I needed to get it done ASAP and they made that happen. The day of the outpatient surgery was surprisingly pleasant, The nurses and staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr Vikoren replaced my right hip 11 years ago, which has been doing great and I'm 6 weeks out from getting my left hip replaced. At age 79, I had a Total Knee replacement in March 2024 with Tom Vikoren, MD at BCOS. He is a superlative surgeon with a kind attitude and responsive to all questions. I am now 8 weeks post op. I find that I am virtually pain free while walking and spinning on an indoor bike. BCOS is a well run, methodical office. Wonderful staff. I never had the feeling that anything was left to chance. I was at first uncertain about outpatient surgery, but I am glad I did. Much better being at home than in a hospital as long as you have some support. A Visiting Nurse and a Physical Therapist were at my door waiting for me. I started PT the day of surgery. After 3 days at home I began outpatient PT at the Fitness Center in Doylestown. There was a seemless transition—all part of the care BCOS gives to each patient’s program. My Physical Therapist there is Maryalice whom I find very skillful,, sensitive to my needs and pleasant. My husband had a total hip done by Dr. Vikoren 5 days ago. Dr. Vikoren has been wonderful throughout the entire process. He explained everything that would take place and showed him what an actual hip prosthesis looks like. He contacted him a week before the surgery to see if he had any other questions and again the evening before the surgery. Dr Vikoren finished the surgery and promptly came out to the waiting area to let me know how everything had gone. He and his staff were great to my husband and myself. I am an 87 year old male who was not aware of bone on bone right knee until I injured it. Saw Dr Vikoren who ordered MRI. Indicated major damage and need for knee replacement. I am now 2 months post op and have resumed all and more of my activities. Dr Vikoren takes time to explain the surgery and expected outcomes. Well, I just had a follow-up to PRP treatment in my gluteal tendons! What a great appointment! I had a PRP injection exactly one month ago. My hip has gone from hurting all the time on steps, walking, rising from a chair…to minimal pain! For over a year, I tried steroid injections and weeks and weeks of PT. Hip never improved. I had both hips replaced by Dr Vikoren in the last three years. I am now 52 years old, and I’m a very active male. I couldn’t be happier with the surgery and with my recovery. The doctor is excellent and personable, and he listened to my many questions for both procedures. I recovered extremely quickly from each procedure. I went back to work with a cane after 5 days, and didnt need the cane for more than a day after that. I was on a stationary bike and an elliptical trainer within a month. After getting cortisone and gel shots since 2014 I finally had my R knee replaced in July 2023 and my L knee replaced in October 2023. Both procedures were performed by Thomas Vikoren MD. My surgeries were scheduled for early morning and I was home by mid afternoon. PT was started the following day and I was able to drive by 3 weeks. Both surgeries and rehab went smoothly. My only regret is that I didn’t have the replacements sooner. To be able to walk without pain is a pure joy. The whole experience was so much easier than I had anticipated. I just completed my second knee replacement and rehab. Dr. Vikoren is the best. He kept me well informed and is very compassionate. Some info. If you are thinking of a knee or hip replacement… rent a power recliner for a month, get up and walk every 45 minutes, go to rehab and practice at home, take all meds and prune juice first few days. I highly recommend doing same day surgery. I was home by noon time with PT and a nurse waiting in our driveway. There will be pain first two weeks, but you will be feeling so much better by week 6. Dr. Vikoren performed 2 total knee replacements for me, the first in February 2023 and the 2nd in October 2023 and it was the best decision I ever made. Prior to both surgeries I was dealing with bone on bone and the knees buckling while walking due to arthritis and was in constant pain. After both surgeries I had minimal discomfort and I was able to manage any pain with Tylenol, the prescription pain meds were not needed. The after surgery physical therapy was a six week period and I had total success with full mobility within 6 weeks after each surgeries. Therapy was at Fitness Physical Therapy which is located in the same building as Bucks County Orthopedics in Warrington, Pa. My experience with Dr. Vikoren was extremely professional and successful. During this last year , I had both my knees replaced —-May (right knee)and October (left knee). Both were one day surgeries which I found very helpful. It allowed me to have my procedure in the morning and by 12 o’clock I was home, met by a nurse and a therapist to make sure I could handle my home situation. Dr. Vikoren and his staff at the surgical center were extremely professional. I must compliment the nursing staff on their complete and sincere caring of their patients. A great experience from start to finish. Thanks to Dr. Vikoren I’m free from the pain I’ve endured for the last couple of years. The procedure to replace my knee was done as an outpatient and I was home and walking the same day. Within a week I was off the walker and soon, rehab had me walking without a cane. I had my second hip replacement with Dr. Vikoren recently. The first time, the surgery was done at Doylestown Hospital and I had to spend the night. This time, the surgery was done at the Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists Surgical Suites. I was in and out in a matter of hours. While the level of care I got at the Hospital was excellent, I preferred this experience because I was home and more comfortable. The surgery went very well and after 8 weeks, I am able to return to all of my activities, with restrictions lifted. I walked 2 miles the other day. I had a great experience with the practice. The front desk and nursing staff were friendly and professional. I was taken back to a room on time. I had thorough explanations about how to get ready for an x-ray and the doctor. Dr. Vokoren was attentive and listened carefully. He asked questions that made me feel that he was tuned in to my issue. He did an appropriate hands on exam. Then, he explained the x-ray findings and presented a plan. He asked to make sure I agreed with it. He injected my hip under ultrasonic guidance. By the time I left the office I already was feeling better. I could not be happier about having Dr. Vikoren perform my total hip replacement. The morning surgery took less than one hour and I was back home that very afternoon. I consider myself fortunate that Dr. Vikoran performed my 2 knee replacements this past September and December. Never having surgery before, I didn’t know what to expect, but was lead through the entire process by the well trained and experienced staff at Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists. From Pre Admission to the final follow up, the staff was excellent to interact with. There is practically no wait time in reception, and you are given all of the information you need to be put at ease prior to the surgery. Everyone takes time to ask if you have any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The surgery took place at Doylestown Hospital. Every step of the process was explained to me and I was put at ease with everyone I met. The procedure itself, from my point of view, was a piece of cake. My experience was the same for the 2 separate procedures, I arrived at 7am and was released around 12:30 pm the same day. I’d like to give a special shout out to the Orthopedic Navigator, Pam DiPietro, as well as Lizanne, the nurse that was assigned to me on the day of the surgery. Pam is excellent at her job. She is very thorough, and a pleasure to interact with. She took her time to go over everything with me prior to the surgery, and when I had the occasion to call her with questions, she immediately returned my phone calls with the information I requested. Lizanne was wonderful as well. I was lucky to be assigned to her care. She was very attentive, great with communication and kept me informed of everything before it happened and what I could expect to happen next. Dr. Vikoran is an extremely talented and skilled surgeon, with excellent interpersonal skills. He spent time during our initial meetings to review what to expect and took the time to ensure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. On the day of the surgeries, he made sure to touch base with me both before and after the surgeries and once again made sure that I had all of the information I needed before we ended our conversation. I learned at the end of August, 2022 that I needed a new hip. As a full time teacher I chose to wait until Christmas vacation to have the replacement surgery. Dr Vikoren was wonderful. Spending quality time with me, explaining the procedure, answering my questions and listening to my story. His staff was cordial and helpful. My surgery was 12/21/2022. I chose to stay overnight in Doylestown hospital where I seized the opportunity to walk with the physical therapist and then my nurse. I was elated to be able to walk with a walker with little or no pain. After I was discharged I was even instructed how to get in the car and assisted without pain. Within the week I graduated from a walker to a cane. I started with little pain after three days I had no pain. It’s been four weeks. I use a cane for long walks I.e. almost a mile twice a day. The rest of the time I don’t use it. Stairs are no problem. My leg is still a little weak after the long walks but there is improvement each day. I’m going back to class next week and drive again. I had the usual swelling after the surgery but I maintained a 15 min. in the morning and afternoon leg up above my head regimen that kept the swelling down. The scar healed very quickly. I was out of PT after 4 weeks(!). But then I exercise at home. Excellent. Dr. Vikoren did a total knee replacement at the Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery Center on Kelly Rd. Therapy started immediately after about a 45 minute surgery and about a one hour recovery. Teaching how to use a Walker, then nurse and therapist met me at home to make a smooth transition. So much easier than a hospital stay. TRHR on August 29, 2022. Dr. V performed surgery outpatient for the second time. TLHR was performed in May 2022. Positive experience all around. I attribute my success mostly to Dr. V and then to having surgery done outpatient. I came to Dr. Vikoren for a knee replacement at the recommendation of a friend. As it turned out, it was the best decision I made. Dr. Vikoren replaced my left hip recently at the Bucks County Surgical Center. I entered the center at 6:30am. At 9:30am, I was ready for my first physical therapy session. I was on my way home at 10:45am. The experience was excellent. When I reached my home, there was a visiting nurse waiting for me to assist me out of my car and get me settled in the house. A physical therapist came to my house later in the day. Dr. Vikoren's staff already made all the arrangements for me. Being able to go home after the outpatient surgery was much more comfortable than having to stay in the hospital. I would recommend an outpatient surgery if you have the choice. In addition, Bucks County Orthopedics is the cleanest and most efficient medical practice I have ever seen. The attention to patient care is what all medical practices should strive to achieve. Dr. Vikoren was very attentive to all my concerns throughout the entire process. The staff in the office, surgery center and physical therapy department are very friendly, and caring. Having decided to have a knee replacement by Dr Thomas Vikoren, I was enrolled in the ‘Heal at Home’ program offered by Bucks County Orthopedics at their state of the art surgical center. It is a beautiful, comfortable environment that keeps you away from illnesses that may be present in a hospital setting. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. This program enables the you to go home, to recover at home, on the same day as surgery. Having arrived home by lunch, I was greeted by a physical therapist and a nurse to ensure my safety and well being. As Dr Vikoren indicated, I would be one week on a walker and one week with cane. I am now 2.5 weeks out from surgery and walking on my own. This is an extraordinary program. And Dr Vikoren is an excellent participating doctor. He used quad sparing surgery, did it as an outpatient, used glue on the incision and made sure that all of the home PT and nursing care at home was in place. I was back riding my horse in 4 weeks. Dr. Vikoren is an extraordinary surgeon. He performed a miraculous emergency surgical repair of my broken femur bone (1/26/21) in my left leg, centimeters above my total knee replacement from 10 years ago. The femur bone was shattered except for a small bone to attach the titanium rod with several screws. Truly amazing! I am forever great to Dr. Vikoren and of course my wife! Hip replacement I saw Dr. Vikoren as a second opinion he looked at my x-rays and said I needed a hip replacement. After his consultation we scheduled the surgery and everything went well . The recovery want pretty much as he said I’m at eight weeks now I’m walking her around pretty good without any assistance from a cane or walker and I have no pain. Dr. Thomas Vikoren is simply the best there is when it comes to hip replacement surgery. He has the knowledge and skill set that is quickly apparent and his bed-side manner puts one at ease. My decision to use Dr. Vikoren was the best choice for me. The surgery was a success and the aftercare I received from Bucks County Orthopedic Specialist’s team has been top notch. I am now pain-free and have a normal life again. I used the new Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists location on Kelly Road in Warrington. And that facility is truly state-of-the art. From the moment I walked through the door I was totally impressed with the clean, spacious design which was obviously the result of careful planning and attention-to-detail. The efficient staff in the reception area greeted me warmly and made the initial check-in go smoothly. Forget long wait times in the reception area. The longest I have had to wait was 5 minutes from my appointment time before I was called into an examination room and was talking to Dr. Vikoren. To me, that is a sign of a well-run practice and I certainly appreciated it. The beautiful new examination area and individual examination rooms were again spacious and designed with a cheery openness that is awesome. They know their business and they have created a patient environment that reflects that in every aspect of their practice. It inspires confidence. I am 71 years old and like a lot of patients my age, I have additional health issues to deal with. I had a triple by-pass in 2018 and I also have diabetes. That makes any type of surgery more complicated. With that in mind, Dr. Vikoren reviewed the results of my MRI and explained all possible options in lay-man’s terms. When I decided to go ahead with the hip replacement, the doctor, his Physician Assistant, and his staff maintained on-going contact with my family doctor and cardiologist to insure all went smoothly. Most patients go home the same day as surgery, but my doctor team thought it best I stay in the hospital overnight as an extra precaution. All went smoothly there as well. I previously mention aftercare. Let me say more on that now. With joint replacement quality physical therapy is important to a quick recovery. This is another area where Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists excels. The Fitness Physical Therapy group is another part of their organization. And I strongly recommend them. The group’s physical therapists are highly skilled, compassionate and can quickly interface with your surgeon if necessary. Of course, you do not have to choose Fitness Physical Therapy for your physical therapy, but with all their advantages, choosing them was a no-brainer for me. Best of all they are located at the same place as the new Buck’s County Orthopedic Specialists office in Warrington. Their impressive layout is first class all the way and reflects careful attention to patient comfort. They have a wide range of equipment which they keep spotlessly clean, sanitizing each piece immediately after each use. That’s especially important today. Joint replacement surgery can be a life-altering decision. Who you select as your surgeon and physical therapy team is critically important to your success. Dr. Thomas Vikoren’s skill level, bedside manner and all-around commitment to excellence makes him the number one choice in the Bucks county area, in my humble opinion. Dr Vikoren performed both a hip replacement 2 yrs ago and a knee replacement (this was perfomed as outpatient surgery) more recently. I was very pleased with the results of both surgeries and while I would not claim to be completely without any discomfort I am happy to report that within 5-6 months of both surgeries I was able to return to softball, tennis, water and snow skiing as well as ice hockey. I had my right knee replaced at Bucks County Surgical Suites on December 7th by Dr. Vikoren. I was scheduled for 7:45am and was home before noon. Nurse and PT were at my home that afternoon to be sure all was well. The staff here are incredible! I've had my share of surgeries and rehab and nothing compares. Everyone is so kind. The facility is brand new and a very comfortable environment for office visits, surgery and PT. Oh and every appointment I've been to has been on time. Never have I had to wait. I'm now 9 days out and the progress couldn't be better. I've had no pain throughout the whole process. There are days I have some discomfort, usually following PT or if I've been on my feet all day but for the most part I am pain free. Something I certainly was not expecting. I'm not on any pain meds, just Tylenol and ice. After surgery I was curious about the procedure itself and what my limitations were going to be as I felt like I was ready to go but I didn't want to rush things and possibly upset the work that was done. I spoke with Dr. Vikoren over the phone and he ensured me that I was clear and could get back to regular activities. Wow! It's only been 9 days! He did mention that I should double check with PT as well but they had pretty much already said the same. Sill being curious I reached out through email asking Dr. Vikoren if he would explain the procedure in more detail so I could have a better understanding of what my body had just went through. Dr. Vikoren took the time to write me back with a detailed version of exactly what was involved with the whole procedure from start to finish. Reading that helped me to have a better understanding and feel more confident in pushing my rehab to my limits. Due to COVID-19 I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Vikoren shortly after they started seeing patients in the office in May. He examined me and reviewed the X-rays and MRI that I brought with me. He told me that due to the damage in my knee and the arthritis in the knee I would need a total knee replacement. I was able to schedule my surgery for June 1st. Dr. Vikoren spent so much time with me in the office reviewing everything and assuring me that this was truly the procedure that I needed. The day of surgery he was there to see me before surgery and was there when I took my 1st walk after surgery and climbed the flight of stairs necessary to go home. He actually came out to the car to check on me as I was leaving. That night he called to check on me and asked me how I was doing and answered any questions I had. On June 8, 2020 I had my left knee replaced. I opted to go to the Bucks County Surgical Suites. Dr Vikoren performed the procedure. Great choice!! The facility was immaculate and this was especially reassuring with the COVID mess going on. Everyone that I had contact with was wonderful! I followed up with Dr Vikoren the end of July and was cleared with no restrictions. Not having to stay overnight in a hospital environment was wonderful. I was home within 4 hours and was met at my house by a nurse and physical therapist. They came for the next 3 days to check on me and get me ready for PT. I believe these Doctors are the best in this area. They have so far done the knees and both shoulders for rotator cuffs and Bilateral knees at the same time and that was 12 years ago and are working fine. I had hip surgery in November 2019. Within 6 weeks I was feeling wonderful and was back to all activities, except golf. That came one month later. Although my score did not improve, I felt great. I had Dr. Vikoren examine my knee and discovered that the cause of my knee pain was actually a bone on bone situation in my hip. The recommendation was a complete hip replacement, which I had at Doylestown Hospital, June 10th, 2020. It was also suggested that I consider the same day option offered at the hospital or at the Surgery Clinic. I opted for the same day procedure and was well pleased with the results. Home by early afternoon the day of surgery, ability to begin at home physical therapy that day and the peace of mind being in the familiar environment of your own home made the experience great. Dr. Vikoren was wonderful. Explained the reason for the Hip Replacement and the benefits of performing the surgery at the Bucks County Surgical Suites. Surgery went well and going home the same day was great. I was up and walking before I left the center, even did a flight of stairs. He diagnosed the need for total knee replacement and was so thorough and straight-forward in responding to my many questions, I decided to have the procedure done at the Bucks County Surgical Suites in Warrington. Today will be 2 weeks since I had a right total hip replacement with the Amazing Dr. Vikoren. I chose to do the same day procedure at the surgical center. Best decision of my life and I highly recommend this. The surgical center was exceptionally clean, well organized and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived at 10 am and was back in my own home by 2:30 pm, where I could recover in the comfort of my own bed. Before my surgery I was given a tour of the facility, had multiple professionals call me and discuss what was going to happen during and after surgery which was perfect, so I knew exactly what to expect. I had all my medical devices before hand, including medications so that when I got home I was ready. When I got home I was greeted by a Nurse and Physical Therapist who where there to make sure I got in safely and again educated me on what to expect and what to do or not to do. I also had my second physical therapy session right in my own home. The staff at the surgical center called me again the next day to check up on me and so did Dr. Vikoren himself. They are so caring. I was in a lot of pain before surgery and besides some soreness from swelling/bruising I feel great!!! This is not my first Orthopedic surgery ( my other procedure was done at Rothman) but my first with Dr. Vikoren and the difference in my healing, and the way I was treated was night and day. My experience with Dr V. was tremendous! We covered lots of ground at our initial appointment, and since I was already bone-on-bone, a total hip replacement was appropriate. I strongly suggest you do a "same day" procedure, and then rest in the comfort of your home. I did, and it was easy and very relaxed. The Doylestown surgical crew were awesome, made me very comfortable, and took care of everything! I was ready to go home by 1pm. The follow-up calls by the advocate were perfect, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Jim (PA) was a big help the day of surgery and with follow-up appointments! It's now 2 1/2 weeks post surgery, I have no pain, walk without any cane or other device, and smile every time I get up and walk -- it's fantastic! I was very fortunate to have a Total Knee Replacement performed by Dr. Vikoren. Due to unusual circumstances, I had to delay the surgery longer than preferred. By the time I was able to schedule the surgery, my knee was dysfunctional and extremely painful. I had THR on June 4th of this year and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vikoren. He and his staff of PAs were wonderful. I had in and out surgery at Doylestown Hospital, which I highly recommend. My recovery went very, very well. I was on the walker for a few days and then graduated to the cane. I was driving within 3 weeks and was pretty much off the cane in 4 1/2 weeks. My pain level was pretty much non-existent, even without pain meds. Suffered with misdiagnosed groin for 3 yrs went to Dr Vikoren found out I had a left hip that was bone on bone requiring complete hip replacement surgery I was shocked but immediately scheduled the procedure. Five years ago Dr. Vikoren replaced my hip. Within a matter of a month or so I had recovered so well that I literally forgot about it, and returned to regular activities...to the point where I was doing things I shouldn’t have been doing. Five weeks ago he replaced my knee. Although knees normally have a longer recovery time, I’m almost at the point now where I have to remember to pace myself. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Vikoren. I didn’t have to wait long in order to schedule visits with him. I had a double knee replacement at age 53 and in 3 weeks was walking unassisted without a walker or cane. I was an inpatient for 3 days and then went to inpatient Rehab for 7 days. He had suggested that as a “double” it would buy me time in the hospital instead of going right home. He was right and it made all the difference. His skill, expertise, and training, along with being very approachable, makes me very glad I chose him. I am 4 weeks out, am in Physical Therapy and doing better than the average “double” patient. This was my second hip replacement. The first was four years ago at Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. Dr. Vikoran was great from start to finish. I was recommended to Dr Vikoren by a friend who had her hip replaced two years ago. Everyone I asked including physical therapists all said I picked the right surgeon to replace my hip. He is known around here as the hip guru. I had a new right hip put in just under 6 weeks ago. Even I am astonished at the results. Absolutely no hip pain whatsoever. My mobility has already come back 95% and I expect it to come back all the way. I've been hiking again and have gone as far as 5 miles with no problems. After many years of suffering from left knee pain the time had come to seek medical help, i am very grateful to have met Dr Thomas Vikoren, he understood the pain i was in and offered me two choices to relieve the pain, total knee replacement or a regiment of medicine. Great surgical experience with a total hip replacement. . I went to Dr. Vikoren for a full hip replacement. I was impressed with his approachable, friendly bedside manner. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. The physical therapist had me walking 4 hours after surgery and climbing stairs 8 hours post surgery. I was seen by Dr. Vikoren due to intense and intolerable pain in both of my hips. I learned from him I needed both hips replaced. I had my first hip replacement 5 weeks ago and the process and result were wonderful. I had to write and THANK Dr. Vikoren for being the excellent surgeon he is. He performed a right hip replacement for me a few months ago, and I feel like a million dollars. I had been in such pain, it showed in everything I did. Dr. Vikorin discussed all of the options so that we could make the appropriate decision regarding my hip. Went into hospital after a bad fall, several broken bones. During a bad snow storm. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Vikoren without reservation. He performed total knee replacement surgery on my left knee. I had been in terrible pain for more than 10 years but was hesitant to undergo surgery because I didn't know what the recovery process would entail. The surgery has made such a different in my life; the constant pain is gone. Dr. Vikoren clearly communicated the surgical procedure and what to expect during the recovery process.
