Dr. Golshani is my hero. I recently fell on the treadmill and broke two bones in my wrist. He was able to see me very quickly and reset my bone. He put my wrist in a cast for a week saying that if the bone moved after a week that we would have to have surgery with a plate and pins to set it so it doesn’t move again. I’m having surgery on Tuesday. He’s extremely Professional and answers all of your questions. I’m very lucky to have him for my doctor.rater8 Verified Patient

I’ve been to this practice before for a different reason a different doctor but they run like a well oiled clock. Everyone is on top of the patient. They make sure that the check is excellent. They make sure that they get the patient within a few minutes if they can on all the paperwork can be previously done and this new doctor he is awesome. This was probably the best office visit I've ever had in the last 30 years in Las vegas! After about 10 minutes in the waiting room, I was directed to a room in the back, where the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Told me what was going on, did some tests on me to figure out exactly what was going on, and then knew exactly what it was. Tennis elbow. He said he would get his next person in line, I forgot their title, but he came in and gave me a cortisone shot and few instructions on what to do. He walked out and before you even got past the door the nurse to check me out I already had any paperwork for my next visit! I couldn't get over how fast and efficient that office was! Dr. Goshani is one of the most brilliant, compassionate, and well educated surgeons in the city. During an extremely traumatic injury I got denied for surgery by 3 different surgeons in Las Vegas (due to the complexity of it/ how close i cut to my main artery) until Dr. Goshani took me in as his patient and that same day operated on me. Not only that, his entire staff was well educated and aware of the short time frame my injury had to get fixed before it was beyond repair. They gave me first priority. Every other office I had called didn’t have a sense of urgency when it came to my hand, even though I was told by multiple people if my hand wasn’t operated on asap I wouldn’t move my hand again. So I was in a vehicle accident back in December 2021. Was sent to Sunrise hospital due to minor injuries to my left wrist. Dr verified that my left wrist had a hairline fracture, got a referral to a specialist for my injured wrist. Well low and behold the referral was a bust. When i called somewhere in las vegas spine and orthopedic specialist office, the female that answered the call had taken my information and told me she would call me back as soon as she was able to speak with the Dr. Not even a minute later the office called back and the answer was give was mind blowing 🙃. I always am treated well at Dr. Goldhani’s. I broke my finger a couple of months back and his office was very quick to get me an appointment. They had me in Wednesday and I was already getting surgery Friday. It was my first broken bone so I was pretty scared but Dr. Golshani assured me everything was going to be okay and definitely helped relieve some of my anxiety. The surgery went smooth and my finger is back to 100% as if there is no screw in it. I would highly recommend Dr. Golshani! Him and his staff treated me with kindness and were very helpful. I’ve been seeing this doctor for over 2 years to manage multiple problems in my hands non-surgically. Well things have changed and WE took a more aggressive approach surgically. Dr. Golshani saved my hand and arm! I had a very rare injury - I ruptured my ECU tendon and several ligaments. My ulna was essentially dislocated from my hand. It took quite a while to get in, but once I did, I was rushed through. I tried to schedule the MRI and was told that everything was booked for weeks and there was no possible way to get in, even with a STAT order. After I told this to Dr. Golshani, a few hours later, his office called and said that the Dr. himself called, and my appointment was later that day at 2. He said the surgery had no set procedures because it was so rare, and he called other colleagues to verify what his plan was. (I think this is such a huge testament!) The surgery went a lot longer than planned, and he said it was extremely difficult. A year later, and I have the full range of motion in my hand and wrist. I'm still unable to do some things, but I shudder to think what my hand would be like if I would've gone to a less capable surgeon. I have never had surgery before meeting Dr Golshani so I was a little hesitant for the unknown. Then I met Dr. Golshani WAS REMARKABLE. Bedside manner is by far one of the greatest. I fell in June and broke both bones in my R wrist. Went to Dr Golshani after being referred by Urgent Care. He scheduled me for surgery and repaired my wrist by inserting a plate & screws. I experienced very minimal pain for a few days after surgery but then never experienced any pain or discomfort during weeks of Occupational Therapy. It’s now November and my wrist is doing great. I cannot even tell that my wrist was ever broken! I tell everyone about Dr. Golshani. I fractured my wrist on a Wednesday, he saw me Thursday and surgery was Friday. I'm pretty sure that appt was not planned, but he got me in right away. He took the time to explain what was going to be done, explained how long I'd be in a temporary cast, then 2 weeks in the permanent cast. After going to the emergency room and being treated and released by a nurse practitioner, I was told to follow-up with the referring orthopedic surgeon on call. Dr. Golshani was my surgent on July 2019 I had fractured my hip at work I am 61 years old. He put a rod with four screws and my hip which made it weight-bearing within a few hours after the surgery of course I didn't step on it that night but I did the very next day take a few steps with a walker and with a lot of hard work and therapist I was back to work within 3 weeks after my accident it was on light duty but I was still up walking with a cane only. He is a very good surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone the care I got there at the Henderson hospital also was excellent. I have suffered from carpal tunnel for 19 years. Other surgeons in the past said it "has been too long to you" but then I found Dr. Golshani. From start at consult to finish with post surgery I have been treated with respect, compassion, care and professionalism. Dr Golshani is ny far the best surgeon! I recommend anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon to go straight to Dr. Golshani and you will be treated as family. The staff and care I received was remarkable. From my initial visit, I found Dr. Golshani to be welcoming, sincere, down to earth with positive energy, highly professional and extremely thorough in explaining the medical procedure and next steps. On May 24th, 2019, Dr. Golshani performed carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. On the morning of my surgery, Dr. Golshani demonstrated outstanding bedside manner, was warm and explained what to expect. I was so relaxed because I knew I was in skillful hands. Today was my follow up appointment and my hand is perfect! I recovered quickly and no longer experience numbness, throbbing pain and loss of strength. I am so grateful to have Dr. Golshani as my Orthopedic Surgeon. My result and his amazing credentials speak for themselves. I highly recommend Dr. Golshani. He is an extremely competent and adept surgeon, who has an outstanding educational background and knowledge of his specialism. Almost two weeks ago, he performed surgery on my left wrist and elbow to correct carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve entrapment. The symptoms have disappeared and the incisions are almost healed. I have regular function of the arm already and have returned to work thanks to Dr. Golshani's skill and expertise.Read more

Both Dr. Golshani and Tech Dwayne were very professional and helpful! Their bedside manner was amazing and I look forward to continuing my care with them! My hand has not felt good for 2 years and, although a little sore after the injection, it is already 10 times better than it has been! Keep up the great work!
