Dr. Z was very responsive to my concerns that I communicated on the portal, prescribing a medication that worked without Having to see me in person. I went to the office later for a follow up and, after I shared some lingering concerns, he recommended some tests that were able to be done right in his office, saving me a trip to a hospital. Every person I encountered, from the receptionist, to the technician, and Dr. Z, treated me with kindness and professionalism. I have peace of mind and gratitude that Dr. Z is my Primary Physician. F

I used to have such dread going to the Dr but today I walked out feeling relief and hopeful. Took our newborn in for his circumcision at 2.5 weeks old and we got the opportunity of having Dr "Z" perform this procedure. He was friendly, went through the whole process of what to expect during and after the procedure. We opted to stay in the room with our son. He was given a local anesthetic before observing Dr Z perform the procedure quickly and expertly and had our boy back in our arms in what seemed like just a few short minutes. During the procedure an assistant was comforting our boy and feeding him small amounts of liquid by dipping a gloved finger into a liquid (glucose?) which he suckled on. Dr. Z delivered my baby when my regular doctor was on vacation and he did such an amazing job. I had just met him a week before my baby decided to make his big debut and he treated me as if I had been his patient for years. He arrived at the hospital within minutes to deliver my baby and just made the entire experience so amazing overall. He truly cares for his patients and he is now my 8 month old son's pediatrician. I easily reached Dr.Z through the Portal and an appointment was scheduled promptly. Dr. Z listened compassionately and did a thorough exam, after which he recommended some testing. The office has the capability of doing tests on site which was convenient and the results are available quickly. I left with peace of mind, feeling I was treated with compassion and professionalism. I feel grateful to have Dr. Z as my primary physician.
