In my opinion, Dr. Friend is an excellent doctor and more importantly a very good person with great character. He is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable as well as skilled and is great at what he does. He genuinely cares about his patients. Thorough out the years, I have had intermittent issues with cornea ulcers and he always comes up with the best treatment plan to get me 100% better. I am blessed to have him as my eye specialist and he has earned my trust over the years. I think in football terms Dr. Adam Friend is the Tom Brady of cornea specialists. I told him when I retire in a few years from teaching and move to South Carolina. I only want him to do my laser eye surgery again ie PRK/Lasik. That’s when and if I need it again in the future!
