My visit with Dr. Quick was as usual absolutely amazing as she is not only a great doctor, but an even better human being. We always take time once the doctoring is done she has a few minutes to check in with me on what is going on in the world. I have the utmost respect for her and I have recommended family members and friends to her. A good example of this was my mother-in-law was refusing to get her cataracts done even those she was close to being blind. When I spoke to her about Dr. Quick does my cataracts and how my vision improved she agreed, but only if I take her. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have Type 1 diabetes and Sjogren’s disease (both affect the eyes) and she helps me stay as healthy as possible. Just had cataract surgery a few days ago. What a miracle! Already the eye sees as clearly for distance as when I was a child. Dr Quick did, at this point, what I assess as flawless surgery. Having done my sister's cataract operations I already had confidence in her. She, in my opinion, meets all the criteria of an outstanding doctor. As her patient, her staff and she guided me through all the decision making and preparation I needed. She is obviously experienced and skilled. On top of that she is likeable and personable. My appointment on April 12, 2024 was for a one year cataract surgery follow up. My vision with new lenses had been corrected to 20-20 in one eye and 20-25 in the other. Today, the eye with 20-25 vision is now closer to 20-20, giving me almost combined 20-20 vision.
