I have been seeing Dr. Bassett for 14 years and she has always been a great help in my many bone issues. Due to her diligence she has kept me well-informed on what medication I should be taking for my osteoporosis. I visited because of arthritic knees that cause pain and make it more difficult to move around, especially when trying to get up from a seating position. Everyone I met made an effort to make me feel comfortable…X-ray technician, Patti who did “intake” and provided me with follow up exercises, and ,most of all, Dr. Bassett who explained things clearly, regarding my condition and did not talk “down to me”. They have their own X-ray and MRI machines. They do out patient surgery at Surgery Center of Greensboro. They are every efficient and kind. I just saw Dr. Bassett and i love her. Early morning appointment, i was in and out in less than an hour even including X-ray and a cortizone shot. They are so effiecient but also friendly and pleasant. I really enjoyed my office visit with Dr Bassett. She took the time to listen to my issue and went over the X-ray showing my problem. The course of treatment will hopefully fix my inflammation and pain. I highly recommend her!
