Dr. Morton is amazing!! Reconstruction after breast cancer is emotional, starts as unknown territory, and consists of lots of questions. He is calm, never rushes you, answers all your questions, and is extremely thorough. He listens to your own personal goals and what you value and he is transparent with options and the steps to get there. His staff and nurses are also wonderful. I met with Dr. Morton after a bad experience with a surgeon on the east side of the mountains, but the 2.5-hour drive to see him was 100% worth it. He explained the breast reduction process clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Morton is super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. I went to Dr. Morton for facelift, brow lift, and neck lift. I am so happy with my natural results. I look like I remember from 15 years ago. My eyes are less hooded and my turkey neck is gone. I don’t think I look 50 anymore. Dr. Morton was patient with all my questions and was able to explain what was possible and what wasn’t, as well as address recovery concerns. I felt valued and cared for. I have posted a ‘before, and 6 months later’ photo here. It is easy to tell the significant lifting of my brow and the improved profile of my neck. Dr. Morton has the absolutely best bed side manner. His professionalism is impecable! I am very picky and was somewhat scared and anxious to have my procedure, but after our meet & greet, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Morton took so much time with me and all my questions. He was never in a rush to hurry through my visits and he always made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. The surgery could not have went any smoother! The pre- surgery room has a very warm blanket with a blower type hose that blew warm air connected to my blanket, I honestly felt like I was in a spa prior to my surgery. His staff was so very kind, always introduce themselves and always making sure I was comfortable. After my surgery, he had given me a some sort of blocker, that lasted 2-3 days when I was home so I would feel absolutely no pain. Dr. Morton made sure to explain everything in detail what was happening, what was going to happen and the end result, EXCELLENT! He has 2 locations, 1 in Maple Valley & 1 in Renton. I was at both and each time, his staff was so so very polite, very clean & no wait time. Dr. Morton and his team are exceptional. I had a consult for tissue expanders and delayed breast reconstruction after a breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Morton thoroughly explained all of the options without bias toward one or another, including the option for an aesthetic flat closure. He also was able to provide statistics on common and rare side effects of each option including rates of infection. He was aware of side effects of cancer treatments and how they might impact reconstruction. Hands down the best! Dr. Morton and his team have excellent communication, and do an amazing job. I have stage 3 cancer, so my experience has been nothing but hard. But Dr.Morton made everything so much easier for me. After my masectomy I had issues with my drains, he fixed them immediately. I called when my breast was red at 5am on a weekend and his colleague answered and walked me through what I needed to do and look for. If I have a concern and need a follow up he gets me in within an acceptable time frame. He listens and is extremely thorough. I have an emergency surgery to get my expander out, and two more reconstructive surgeries with him. I definitely won't go anywhere else.
