Today I saw Dr Mesnier for the first time. She came into the exam room like I was an old friend that she hadn’t seen in ages. She went over the results of an MRI, explaining every detail. I didn’t have an issue she could fix but she directed me to people that could help and showed me some interim ways to improve the problem. I broke my ankle (bimalleolar fracture) and a couple of friends referred me here to see Dr. Mesnier saying she was really really good. So I called and they got me in within a day! Surgery was 2 days after that! I’ve never had surgery before in my life until this. But it was an amazing first experience and did not even feel a thing. I had broken my ankle and had metal plates put in by another doctor. Kept telling the surgeon I was having pain associated with the plates, but she kept telling me that was common. I wanted to have them removed and she wouldn't even listen. Randomly found Dr. Mesnier and within 10 minutes of my visit she was all about finding out what was causing the pain. This was my first visit to this practice and I was very impressed with the front staff and the ma that handled my intake. Doctor was patient, knowledgeable, and well prepared for our meeting. She explained my options clearly and there was no hard sell with regards to surgery, that I had experienced at another practice. I highly recommend this practice. I will definitely be scheduling my procedure once insurance is approved.
