When I called Proliance i was placed immediately into an appointment with Dr. Brandes. This was a welcome relief as my primary clinic could not get me in for weeks (I have a fractured metatarsal in my foot). Dr. Branded carefully reviewed my X-ray and information from urgent care before seeing me. He took time exam my ankle and told me I needed another x-ray to show correct information. He personally came to X-ray room and holding my foot in proper position while taking the x-ray. This is never happened for me before. Later he also taking the time to explain where the issues are and what his plan is.
