I went in and was seen before my start time, I got X-rays 2 mins after being brought to my room and the doctor was in 3 mins later. Told me what was going and the not 1 but 3 different ways we can go about healing. So I loved the options. And gave me a referral which was for next door and got my boot instantly. Walking in to the facility was intense. The waiting room was at least 50 people. The staff was friendly and efficient and the wait was shorter than expected due to the view in the waiting room. Dr. Rossidis was patient attentive and very informative. We came up with a game plan right away. I am so beyond grateful and satisfied. Not only have a he a very caring , and compassionate doctor, his friendly and helpful office team have always been very nice and if you have any questions or concerns they will always get back to you no matter what! The Henderson Office is the best the staff are well prepared Helpful courteous for all your needs. You would never expect for a specialist to be in and out so quickly from first appt to the scheduled follow up appointments. The team that supports Dr Rossidis is amazing and so is this young orthopedic foot specialist. He knows is stuff ! He listened to all my concerns regarding treatment plan allowed me the opportunity To understand that his suggestions for treatment were exactly what I needed. This place is amazing from the massive waiting room. Beautiful. The staff is very friendly when you check in. The lady that took me to get an X-Ray on my right ankle was extremely polite and caring. The aides that assisted me with a callous that I had on my toe were extremely cautious and caring. Dr. Rossidis was Awesome! He took up alot of time with me. He was very caring and patient with me. He explained in detail what was wrong with my ankle and what his plans were going forward to correct it. He answered all the questions that I had. One of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. Dr took the time to listen to what was causing me discomfort and at times severe pain and came up with a solution to do a joint replacement but after thinking about it Dr found a procedure that would give me the most benefit for the longest amount of time which is not something I’ve ever seen a doctor do before.
