He was empathetic, kind, supportive. He took the time to explain my situation both in the hospital and in his office. He even remembered seeing me in the hospital, why he saw me, details of my surgery. I’ve never seen him before the hospital visit in August. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor. I felt very seen and heard. The staff was even great because I couldn’t make it to the entrance while using my walker so they came to me with a wheelchair and guided me through each step while using the wheelchair to give me a break. One of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. Dr took the time to listen to what was causing me discomfort and at times severe pain and came up with a solution to do a joint replacement but after thinking about it Dr found a procedure that would give me the most benefit for the longest amount of time which is not something I’ve ever seen a doctor do before. My primary referred me to Dr. Rossidis for a possible gout consultation. Dr. R and his staff were extremely professional and friendly. He explained the causes, what to look for in the future, and the various treatments for it. With diabetes, he didn’t want to do the steroid option since that would spike my sugars. I was anxious when I came to appointment. Dr Rossidis was kind, professional and answered all my questions to help ease my stress over foot pain that had suddenly started. I look forward to my follow up visit after several more tests are completed. He reviewed benefits of physical therapy and how to apply ice on painful area of heel.
