You know, you walk into a strange place for a strange procedure, you feel a little anxious, a little embarrassed about what's about to happen, a little silly changing into a gown which you somehow need to figure out how to tie it in the back... and then several people from the staff come in one-by-one, big smile, totally nice, make you feel a little bit normal, have a laugh with you and suddenly you just feel better. I really did notice the patient experience. And Dr. Koduru - where do I begin - she is super nice and happy and friendly. She didn't have much to report after my results came in pretty unremarkable, but if there was something serious, I feel she would be the only person I'd want to hear it from. Great job, everyone!
