Honestly, this was one of the best interactions I’ve had with a doctor and medical staff in my 16 years of living in the United States. I was referred to Dr. Betteridge by another great physician at Proliance when it was determined I needed a Barbotage procedure for calcium tendinitis in my shoulder. This was my first time meeting Dr. Betteridge, and based on what the scheduling assistant told me, I was expecting only an initial evaluation with a follow-up appointment for the procedure itself. To my surprise—and relief—Dr. Betteridge was prepared to perform the procedure right away after reviewing my condition. I was so impressed by his readiness and patient-focused approach. The procedure itself was done swiftly and with great care. Dr. Betteridge made sure I experienced as little discomfort as possible, and both he and his medical assistant were attentive, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I left feeling not only relieved physically, but also confident that I had been in excellent hands. Dr. Betteridge checks off all of the boxes! He’s smart, but down to earth! He explains everything in detail and gives you all of the options. What I loved most was that he included me in my treatment plan. He asked me how I felt and if I agreed with the route we were taking.
