First of all this is one of the friendliest medical offices I ever go to. From the individual who greets you to Dr. Martin’s assistants to Dr. Martin, everyone is friendly and accommodating. They are all efficient, and interact with me in a very friendly and appropriate manner. Dr. Martin thoroughly reviewed my medical history, answered all my questions in an understandable way, asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Dr. Martin is amazing! The testing I received from her and her staff was very thorough and she was very informative in explaining the results! I was given a script to correct new glasses I had received recently from another business, received information as to how to treat my dry eye condition, and informed of the status of potential cataract surgery at likely a much later date. She tells you if you need anything after hours to call her! She actually calls you back as quick as she can! Which is amazing!!! My daughter lost her eye drops on a roller coaster and she ordered new ones right away!!! She's great! I love her!!! If you need someone that's caring, knowledgeable and great at what she does with your eyes! She is the one to see. Not sure there is anything she can't fix. Her receptionist Tammy is also amazing!! She is so kind and so sweet, she goes above and beyond for you! And even follows through to let you know that she sent over documents to get approval for surgery. Best care hands down. My son had seen several Doctors and struggled with what was going on with his eye. After more than a week of appointments a friend contacted me and got us an appointment the next day, which was a Saturday. Dr. Martin was called in by the Marshall Hospital Emergency room, after my husband was accidentally poked in the eye by a sharp hotdogs roasting fork. It was the end oh her day, but she stayed and worked with him for 2 hours. She even gave us her private number if there were further troubles at night. She is excellent!
