He explained everything in a detailed yet easy-to-understand way, and he even spoke some Spanish, which helped him explain a few things directly to my mom. The experience was efficient. All of the staff are polite and Dr. Raval is personable. He did his job efficiently while still giving proper instructions during the examination. The office is very nice, clean and professional and they moved you along each part of the process like an assembly. Dr. Raval gave explanations of what he saw and told me what to look out for, no pun intended...LOL. Overall, great experience.
