Dr, Kako has been my Primary Care Physician for over 10 years. His care for me is exceptional. His office staff is friendly, efficient and professional. There is never a delay for a treatment, an appointment, a script re-fill, or a reply to an e-mail. Dr. Kako is always prepared for my visits - he's pre-viewed my chart and lab results well ahead of my visit, and he has a plan when he walks into the room to see me. Always thorough, he is caring, supportive, and most knowledgeable. Best of all - he spends time with me, and he listens to me. His referrals are always timely and spot-on. Had my usual follow up exam with Dr. Kako. As always, he is so courteous, polite, on time and most of all is very well versed in what he does as a Dr. I can ask almost any question and I always get a thorough and accurate answer. Dr Kako consistently provides excellent care, from the small issues like a cold, to major medical issues. He cares about his patients & their well-being. He listens carefully & he promptly responds, whether in an office visit for something significant or electronically between visits for the small things. He refers me to a specialist when needed & then follows up. He & the office assistants are always accessible & consistently helpful. It's a joy to see him & the wonderful people in his office. Went to see Doctor as I had been sick for a couple of weeks. He took me early the next day and he took me early for my appmt. He explained what I had and how it could be treated. He was very caring, professional as always, and gave me options of the kinds of medicine I could take with my high blood pressure.
